About the author

Born in Chicago, Illinois Drea Delgado is the newest author on the urban fiction scene. Drea has been writing since she was thirteen years old. At the urging of a friend, she began to write her first untitled novel over the course of a few years. Having shown it to a few friends, they urged her to write, but she never took it seriously.

She won many awards throughout high school for writing. It was in high school where she discovered her love of reading starting with the legendary Donald Goines novels. Drea began to get serious about writing during a very low point in her life. She would sit for hours on end and just write until she couldn't write anymore.

Drea is the author of the Groupie Chronicles series, Professional Freak, Memoirs of an R & B Housewife, Kharma Is A Bitch and Loyalty & Respect.

An author, mom, business owner and advocate. Drea resides in suburban Chicago with her family.

Confusing

I love her books, but this one was confusing. I I don't want to spoil it for anybody else so I will just say that I don't understand how somebody who was dead for 30 plus years all of a sudden shows up back up in somebody's life and has been alive this whole time.? It doesn't make sense this is the first book that I have truly been a bit disappointed.

What a ride

Nico and Tania are all alone,the kids are grown with kids and they get to be freaky as usual. Nico's past comes back to hurt Tania and she ignores him. This ride is long overdue for ending. Great sneak peeks tho can't wait to read.

The end is coming

I've road thru the entire series but I'm getting bored with the same Shit from Nico.. Time for a new story line. Love you as a author but idk if I'm doing the next one.
