I made the mistake of reading this book after completing a course in professionalism, conduct and ethics, which made the contents feel a bit too basic.
A very simple and straightforward book, with good thought provoking exercises at the end, which I think would probably work better in a corporate group training environment than in my armchair.
A solid book to spark some ideas about how we think and handle situations in which ethics should be a key player, but can play different roles depending on your view of ethics.
The three different types of ethical profiles presented early in the book was interesting.
A good guide and reminder to what matters in this modern corporate world from a decision making perspective. Who does it affect and how, where and when and how my ethical decisions impact others.
