Fast, Disturbing, and Atmospheric!
A one-sitting read for me, and I'm looking forward to reading anything this author releases. Highly recommended to fans of both traditional and contemporary horror!

If you ever grew up watching teen wolf, love a good story about the unbreakable bonds of girlhood, and you dig a really sexy 90s vibe, then this one's for you!
As with any good horror novel, it all starts with a kick ass introduction, and this is what I have come to expect with emilys work, and one of the reasons she has become an auto read author now because I know without fail she will deliver the goods successfully, making you want more.
Creepy woods, nostalgic vibes, survival horror, and the feeling that something is watching you from between the trees? These are all the reasons I signed up!
Picture this... it's the early '90s, you're a reckless teenager at a party deep in the woods when the cops suddenly show up. You grab your drink and take off running through the trees, hoping not to get caught.
Now imagine that same scenario... except the police aren't the only thing hunting you.
That's exactly what SporeLore promises—a nostalgic '90s coming-of-age horror with a sinister twist.
This novella took those wild party nights in the forest and turned them into something far more terrifying, where bloodthirsty creatures lurk in the darkness waiting for their next meal, and i loved every damn minute of it.
For such a short novella, Emily really outdid herself this time and I cannot wait to see what she has in store next!
