The pursuit of a presumed serial killer in Chicago leads Kerry O’Malley and her team to discover a plot by Russian insurrectionist Mikhail Kovanov to embroil the world in a global war. Simultaneously, Connor O’Malley’s Renaissance Movement leads to a landmark Supreme Court victory for his political allies. Despite Connor’s soaring popularity ahead of the US elections, he and his family are shepherded off to a remote, uncharted island for protection by the Group. He questions whether the high-end, exclusive resort is simply a fancy prison. Despite being continents apart, the O’Malley family and their closest friends face similar challenges as they strive to stop the genius strategist Kovanov and his pawns from setting the world on fire.
