Why Choose Romcom
Bonds and Buns: A Cozy Omegaverse Romance
As a packless omega owning a bakery in cozy Lakeview, I’ve built my life on hard work and zero reliance on alphas.
But when an unexpected financial squeeze threatens to shutter my life's work, entering Lakeview's annual Baking Festival becomes my only way out.
And it turns out the festival ovens aren't the only things turning up the heat this year...
First, there's Jonah, the sweet, burly apprentice baker I’ve spent months drooling over, whose gentle smiles are now turning into hungry stares.
Then there's Wade, the arrogant guest judge whose lingering looks over a tasting spoon make it clear he has an appetite for more than my pastries.
And finally, Seb, the brooding, grumpy tech genius whose large hands promise a very thorough "hardware inspection."
With a victory the sole lifeline for everything I’ve poured my soul into, getting sidetracked is out of the question.
But with these alphas closing in and my own biology betraying me, will I manage to keep my hands on the dough? Or will my fingers ditch the flour for something firmer?
Bonds and Buns is a cozy, MFMM, steamy small-town Omegaverse romance with low angst and a guaranteed HEA. It contains knotting, heat, bondings and bites.
This standalone is part of a series of interconnected stories that can be read in any order (with recurring cameos).

This was such a fun and cozy read. I loved that the setting was a baking contest. And the guys were so great. They were hot and sweet, and so much fun. Maren was such a sweetheart. I loved her personality. I giggled so much throughout. And that spice was spicing. I was so invested in this delicious naughtiness. I devoured it like a snack and was left wanting more.

Bonds and Buns by Eve Wolfe was a fun, cozy read! I loved the combination of omegaverse romance, humor, and the why-choose relationship dynamics. The characters had great chemistry, and I especially enjoyed watching their relationships develop while still getting plenty of sweet and funny moments along the way. The story had a warm, comforting feel that made it easy to get lost in, while still delivering the spice and romantic tension omegaverse readers expect. I also appreciated the playful romcom elements: they kept the book lighthearted and entertaining. Overall, Bonds and Buns was an easy, enjoyable read that left me smiling when I finished.

Another fun but crazy Lakeview Baking Festival is upon us. Maren's business is thriving, but she's still having some financial difficulties. She feels like she's all alone in her troubles, so winning the competition is her top priority...until Wade and Seb show up in town and start to unravel her plans. Jonah, another baker in town, has had a crush on Maren for a while, but he just hasn't been able to get close enough to her thus far. That all changes when the competition starts. Unfortunately, it's far from smooth sailing, thanks to biology and the company Wade works for doing whatever it takes to buy Maren's business, whether or not she wants to sell. Spicy and emotional. It doesn't take long for the guys to come together to help Maren in whatever way she needs. Loved it!!!

This is such a sweet book! Maren is an omega with a successful bakery that is having some financial hiccups. Looking for new opportunities to help that situation she joins the town's baking competition. The pastries are lavish and I have to admit that I needed to look them up to see what they looked like. And unfortunately it made me hungry! I love all of Maren's guys, although Jonah is my favorite. How could he not be with all of the longing that he's had for Maren and for so long too. This book is low angst, but has enough action to keep you invested until the end. You can't help rooting for Maren and her bakery.

Copy, paste, repeat
This book is excessively similar to knot your sugar, the first book in the series. It's nice to have continuity but, whole scenes being identical is a bit unnecessary. The idiotic choices made by main characters don't need to happen identically, but it does. At the same time certain universe building details are lost from book to book. The medication limits and failures are foundational but ignored. It just leaves a boring, slightly infuriating and disappointing reading experience.

A cute small town omegaverse. This was low angst and full of sweet moments.
I loved Jonah, he was absolutely adorable. He was obsessed with Maren and had been since he moved to Lakeview. He’s just one big teddy bear.
I didn’t love Seb and Wade as much. They lacked some personality and it felt like something was missing. Seb was also perhaps a bit too nerdy, pretty much every sentence was structured in a way to emphasise that but a little too much.
Overall, I enjoyed Maren’s story. It was sweet and an easy read.
Thank you for the ARC.

Review of advance copy received from Author
This was a very sweet read. I really liked the relationship between the characters and how they all came together. The only thing I had a hard time with was the descriptions of the food but thats mainly because I dont bake and had no idea what they were talking about. Lol. But it had some uniques scenes that I hadn't read in omegaverse before, which I love. And I would definitely recommend it!

This was a low angst and cosy omegaverse. It was a nice palette cleanser between books. It was a cozy read and perfect for autumn. I loved Jonah and connected to him most out of the MMC’s. He was completely gone for Maren which I adored. I didn’t connect with Seb and Wade as much which was a shame. Overall, it was a good read and a start to the cozy season ☺️

Busy and Beautiful. This is a really fun, low angst bonding book set in the omegaverse that this author does so well. Wonderful characters, interesting storyline, and bakery goods – can’t get better than that. I enjoyed this from start to finish.

I love omegaverse!! And this book was no exception. It was cute and cozy. And the MMCs were all so good. This book was like drinking tea on a cold delay. You just sink into the sweetness and happiness for awhile.
