I loved this! Her prefatory materials provide a really good overview of basics - what is kundalini, how is it distinct from other forms of yoga, how to structure your practice, etc. - as well as the best explanation of what is the Aquarian Age and what does that mean that I've yet found. I feel like I finally get it. I haven't done every kriya from the book, but the ones I have done, I like the layout and commentary. I feel like she does a good job of interspersing commentary with the bulk of the material, which is laid out as a manual. I would recommend.
Also in the author bio it says she started studying kundalini at 32 and I'm 32 and I feel like that's a sign.
