While unlike some of the other Disney-Parks cookbooks, this one has very little duplication in recipes, I was disappointed that so many of the recipes chosen have high-cost, hard-to-obtain-outside-of-major-metro-areas ingredients. The list of recipes is impressive, of course. This is a much thicker volume than some of their others. Still, it would have been nice if the overwhelming majority of recipes were accessible to the average home cook.
