I enjoyed reading this book with my 7 year old granddaughter. It made a special time for us. I had to help her out reading some of the “big” words,

Okay

Books like this are so informational for children and hold such a wealth of knowledge. I really enjoy reading books, like this one and many others to my children, for if you start them young then they will grow to have a love for reading and adventure!

This book had lots of cute little fairy takes in it. They were all shorter than the original ones, which I thought was very nice.

A little incomplete

I read these stories to a group of 9 boys between the ages of 8-12. While they loved them and looked forward to bedtime every night I felt like some of the stories were a little incomplete. Some ended very abruptly like someone just slapped a happily ever after half way through the story and called it a day. It was also full of spelling typos. Aside from those two flaws I liked that the book was a mix of both well know stories as well as some lesser known gems. Good book for its price point.
