Oh Emmy Lake! You did not disappoint. I shall miss all the characters and have enjoyed their war time adventures.

This series of books really has been one of my favourites. It’s a while since I read the first three but now I’ve finished listening to the fourth and final book I have to say it feels like the best one so 5*. I was never sure what the ending was going to be. It’s war time how could you be. There was so much going on and at times I did worry about the ending. The books are so informative about life in war time without being to frightening. Those were hard years. Thank you AJ Pearce for a great series and also an excellent narrator.
