Book 1 of Empire of Shadows. And a FANtastic start it is! Look forward to more from this world.

The characters were very complex and compelling and complicated. Plot was intriguing and intense and well paced. World building was excellent and solidly drawn. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

Fallen Into Flame is the first book in the Empire of Shadows Trilogy which begins the dark romance between Sebastian, a dark, wealthy, and dangerous father of a daughter, and Ash, his daughter's school teacher who has an alternative reason to enter his world. The book introduces these complex characters and establishes the book's plot which has unexpected twists. This book ends in a cliffhanger which leads to the second book in the trilogy.

I loved Ash. She was fierce. She looked so innocent on the outside, but deadly on the inside. And Sebastian saw this. Sure thought she was so stealthy, but he paid a lot of attention. The chaos in this was awesome. The twists and turns, even better. These two were got. And I loved the intensity of this story.

I thought this was an excellent read. It has Eshun vengeance. The plot was intriguing and intense, and the characters were compelling and complicated. I highly recommend.

What a start to the beginning of the series! There were so many ups and downs in this book. Don't even get me started with Ash! I love the characters in this book. I'm glad I was able to snag an arc copy of this book. I cannot wait for the next book in the series.

I really enjoyed Fallen Into Flame. The twists and turns had me glued to my seat while I turned page after page. I ended up reading late into the evening to find out what was going to happen next. Highly recommend!.

Sebastian and Ash’s story is so good. She has plans for Sebastian. But he’s a dangerous and very handsome man. And plans change. Loved this story.

The author of this book did a really good job and writing this book to draw you in the book is a slow burn but you can’t stop once you start.
