Lobo the Lone Wolf was about a Kingpin who controls every aspect of his life and the people around him through fear. Despite all that control, he is still a lonely man, but that all changes when he meets Harlow. Harlow is a very confident, independent woman who doesn't take no for an answer, and she knows what she wants and how she wants it. So we got a very confident black woman who doesn't back down for no man, and a powerful, fear-controlled black man who meets her, and sparks fly. But not everything is peaceful; it seems there's a dark cloud surrounding their bond, and that darkness will either break them or build them. They had to watch out for unseen and seen problems that were starting to grow. I saw the tested loyalty happen quickly and fast in that one scene in the story, and I was proven right when the cause of that scene happened later on in the story. Lobo should have done more than what he did after the fact. Something bad happened because that person got off easy, and he should have gotten more information out of that person before he ended their life. But I understand why he did it that way, yet that type of disloyalty should, in my opinion, be handled with a more grand approach. (ARC Reviewer)

⭐️ ARC Review ⭐️

This was a solid 147-page read! Y’all already know I love a good 150-ish page book. 😂 Short, sweet, and it never felt rushed.

We got romance, street drama, broken loyalty, and just enough emotion to keep me locked in.

Lobo is one of those men who’s been in survival mode for so long that love wasn’t even on his radar. Watching him slowly let those walls down was my favorite part.

And Harlow? Baby, she wasn’t weak at all. She was giving Capri Delgado energy. She knew what she wanted, stood on business, and I loved that for her.

The chemistry was there from the jump, and thank you, Brianna, for skipping all the unnecessary back-and-forth drama. 😂

If you’re looking for a quick street romance with a protective MMC, a strong FMC, and plenty of heart, add this one to your TBR.

This was a quick read but was oh so good and left me wanting more. In this story you get to meet Lorenzo aka Lobo and Harlow. At first it seems like they come from 2 different worlds but the further you get into the story you realize they are 2 sides to the same coin. She is the softness he has been looking for and he is the safety she has been looking for.

I did feel like some parts were rushed but also this is a novella so I definitely get it. It was still amazing.

At the end of the book it hit me that they were yin and yang. They thrived together. They complemented each other. They rode for each other.

Just read the book it’s soooo good.

This was a quick read that had romance, spicy, drama, grief, jealous and betrayal. The story was fast pace and intense.

The playlist absolutely set the mood and made the reading experience even better. Lobo and Harlow’s chemistry was immediate, intense, and undeniable. Their first encounter was hot, heavy, and had me turning pages fast. But what I enjoyed most was seeing the way Lobo loved Harlow back together. Overall, this was a fun, spicy read with great chemistry and plenty of moments that caught me off guard.

it was okay.

This is the first book I read by this author and it was okay.

It’s a quick read and pretty fast face on how things move in the story, but in my opinion, it lacked a little depth and didn’t have a lot of buildup either.

The characters are likable. Would’ve loved to see them two years for the epilogue instead of at their wedding (because they only been together 6months)

Absolutely loved the book. Lobo came in with BDE off rip. The mother's death was a tear jerker for me simply because I related to it 100%. I wish we could have gotta more details of the drama when it came to the situation with Saint. That part should've been stretched out into roughly a couple of chapters. Overall, great writing and story line all that was missing is more chapters.

Lobo: The Lone Wolf was a quick, enjoyable read that packed romance, emotion, and street drama into less than 150 pages.

Lorenzo "Lobo" is the kind of MMC who has spent his entire life surviving instead of living. He's built walls so high that love isn't even something he believes belongs to him. Watching someone like that slowly experience feelings he couldn't explain was one of my favorite parts of the story. He wasn't looking for love, but when it found him, there was no escaping it.

Harlow was the perfect balance to him. She's entering a new chapter of her life, determined to live on her own terms, and I loved that she embraced what felt right instead of running from it. Their chemistry was instant, and I appreciated that the story didn't rely on unnecessary back-and-forth to keep them apart.

Because this is a novella, some moments did feel a little rushed, especially as the relationship and overall story developed. I found myself wishing for a few more chapters just to sit with the characters longer and watch certain moments unfold at a slower pace. Even so, I never stopped rooting for them.

I also enjoyed the themes of loyalty, trust, and found family woven throughout the story. There was one character whose jealousy had me frustrated from beginning to end, and it was a reminder that betrayal always hits harder when it comes from someone close.

Overall, this was a sweet, fast-paced romance with a protective MMC, great chemistry, and enough emotion to leave me smiling by the end. If you're looking for a street romance you can finish in one sitting, I'd definitely recommend giving Lobo: The Lone Wolf a chance.

This was a great book!

It is a quick read less than 150 pages!

The MMC Lobo was an intense street dude who loved BDSM~

Where the FMC was a very well known content creator who’s father was also from the streets~

Their one night stand turns into more, even though the plot twist was predictable I still really enjoyed this book. And look forward to reading more from this author~
