Lots of useful advice and details from one with lots of experience

Read this book after taking a week long course with Bonnie Klein at the Port Townsend school of woodworking. The hands on course was excellent. The basic path through learning the skills is really similar in this book. Rowley certain has some differences in opinion and method but i found them to be complementary. I also really enjoyed the guy's voice - and the time that this was written. He tells it like it is. I like it when an author just comes out and tells you - if you do it like this you're an idiot. If you don't do it like this you'll break your wrist. or whatever. I don't have any direct quotes for the review but a few of these had both my wife and I laughing out loud.
