I wonder whether this is the end to this series? Frankly I'm not sure. The end tied up some knots but a finish or not? Who knows, not me.
This book fell a little flat for me and it didn't keep me in any kind of anticipation as the previous books did.
The sex is fine, the characters are fine, the paranormal is good, it just seemed to somehow fall flat, and perhaps this is because this novel didn't live up to my expectations.
This series is definitely worth a read, and is not a YA novel. Give it a go.

There are many changes at the training facility due to the new head, Jordan, and the Board—some not so good.
Hannah learns to be a Lycan, new romances bloom, and more heart-wrenching character deaths happen. The evil vampires, led by Olaf and his German, suit-wearing henchmen, continue causing chaos. They hunt humans in the woods and are tougher to kill, needing a direct shot to the heart or their heads cut off.
This book is full of action and suspense. Hannah, Will, and their friends stop the vampires’ plans, but the story is emotional and intense. If it hadn’t been so difficult to read at times, I’d have rated it higher. 🫣🤢😭
🇱🇴🇳🇬 🇷🇪🇻🇮🇪🇼:
Book 3 continues right after book 2 ends.
🟂 Half the recruits are dead, Richard is dead, Chen lost his hand, and Will's gone AWOL. Hannah is now a Lycan who has to learn control.
🟂 Douglas tells Hannah that the Board is considering firing Will for turning her, believing he did it to be with her. Overwhelmed, Hannah nearly bites Douglas, but Selena shoots her in the shoulder to snap her out of it. Hannah realizes she needs Will.
🟂 Selena says about Will, "I know he saved us and you love him, but God, he's such an idiot sometimes."
🟂 Will returns and apologizes, then he and Hannah have rough Lycan sex with scratching and biting.
🟂 Chen tells Will that Hannah seems more content since he returned, that his leaving was cowardly.
🟂 Will agrees with him and says he's an idiot.
🟂 After that, Will and Hannah are now a solid couple. Will tries to help, but she fails to control her Lycan side.
At 57%, Hannah gets upset and nearly kills Jordan, forcing Will to take her away for two months. Without the other instructors' support, she would've been fired.
❤ Reid and Selena are co-MCs. Selena is nervous after losing Tyler, so they start with a sex-only arrangement that turns into love.
∗ On patrol they talk, watch fireflies, and fool around.
∗ During a vampire fight, Reid breaks his arm, and Selena helps him. Then they have sex for the first time.
∗ They steal the show at the end, with Reid’s much-needed humor, their teasing and their sweet 'I-love-yous'. I found it amusing when Reid mentioned going for tacos during the fight—now I want tacos too! 🌮
● Jordan plans to:

• Improve the facility's security.
• Expand their one and only training facility.
• Bring in more recruits.
• Cut the training time in half.
🟂 Hannah's parents and the twins were living in an old farmhouse, but a vampire attack sends them into the underground facility.
🟂 Hannah is so upset to hear that Jordan recruited the twins, that she leaves with Will.
Updates on the Instructors:
▪️Douglas, the older Lycan, still offers good advice and shares his tea with Hannah and Will.
▪️Mannie grieves his lost love, Alison.
▪️Constance (Lycan) & Ryan are a couple.
▪️Leanne, who liked Will and caused problems, is lonely.
▪️Chen struggles with the loss of his hand. Andrew, a physiotherapist, is sent to help him. Their attraction leads to them becoming a couple.
😱 Chapter 16 (60%), is like a horror novel. 🤢
Gary and Jill get lost and seek help at an old gas station. Gary senses danger and wants to leave, but Jill refuses. Vampires then attack, rip off Gary’s arm and gruesomely kill him. Jill is then chased and killed as Olaf and his minions take over the town, showing humans who’s boss.
After two months in the woods, Douglas tells Will and Hannah it's time to return to the facility. Will tries to convince her, but Hannah, tired of the pain and death, retreats into her Lycan side. It’s only when Douglas returns a second time, sharing that some instructors and recruits—including the twins—haven't come back from a hunt, that Hannah agrees to go back.
I skimmed the following: Olaf captures Mannie, Selena, Tyrone & Luther, Alex, and new recruits. Will, Hannah, Reid, Ryan, and Chen go after them. A highlight is the team effort to take down the German fiends at the barn. Though it was gross, I was glad when Hannah ripped out Olaf's blackened heart.
★ Two favorites, Luther & Tyrone (twins), are both funny and sweet. After escaping Olaf, they begin calling Natalie's parents "mom" and "dad."

Loved this book so much action and discoveries very emotional as well I cried for pretty much the last quarter of the book Hannah had to get use to being a Lycan it was very hard for her to control that part of her but with will's help she was bad ass she's such an awesome heroine I love her and Will is an alpha in every sense of the word sexy wolf that he is there was a couple of relationships established that was sweet and a lot of heartache too I can't wait for the next book in this fabulous paranormal series!!! Well done Elizabeth excellent writing 5 brilliant stars!!!!

I really enjoyed the third book in this series and had trouble putting it down. Although Will and Hannah are still the main focal points the other characters are just as strongly a part of the story. I was interested to know how Chen, Selena, Reid and the others were doing and to watch their relationships develop. I love the surprise at the ending for Hannah and Will and can't wait to see how this progresses in the next book. Their romance has grown over the books and isn't stagnant as some series are. Each book gets better. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

It was just an OK read. Found myself skimming through most of the book.

I read this thinking it was the last book in the series but realising there was more changed my perspective. I was glad there was more to come but it meant that the tidy up of events in this one lost a bit of power considering the main question was never answered. Obviously this was because the story continues but the very neat romances lead us a different path. There was never any real revelation as to why the current vampires were stronger so I am happy we will find out and I will read the next one I felt the story weakened a little and thus weakened the series. However Ms Kelly had a way of delivering us some very easy to like characters and some hot romance so all in all a good read.

While I am still enjoying this series I found Hannah learning to deal with her change kind of boring. In this book we also get to spend some more time on other characters and new romances so although they still feature prominently it feels less like Hannah & Will’s story than the first 2 books and more like the series is expanding to cover the vampire hunters as a whole (well this facility at least). This is not a bad thing as I enjoy many of the characters, particularly Selena. So in my running tally of ‘Dear Elizabeth please don’t kill them’ I am adding Reid to the previously mentioned list of Selena, Mannie, Tyrone, Luther & Natalie.

This book was: the dot over the 'i'. This book completed the whole series and I'm actually very satisfied with the ending. Sometimes authors just mess up the ending of a very great book/series and that's so sad because the rest was so good; but I think this book had a good ending.
Would I recommend this book? Yes/no? Why/why not? Yes of course. I can't very well recommend the first two books and then not recommend this book (even if it'd been bad); luckily this book is just as good as the previous two so my conscious stays happy.

Will and Hannah had their happily ever after and kickass bad vampires together :P

Action packed and so good!!!
I love this series and every book just keeps getting better. Hannah and Will go through life changes while the facility has many changes of its own. Ms. Kelly is a great story teller and she isn't afraid of being true to the story and that includes characters dying. There is a lot of fighting in this one and we get more than just Hannah and Will this time too.

Favorite book of the series
I loved the whole series but this was my favorite, I loved how it got into more of the other couples stories besides Will and Hannah, I loved Will and Hannah relationship better in this one because they didn't have any doubts about there love for each other. Definitely recommend, I love Elizabeth Kelly's books, Can't wait for the next one.

Elizabeth Kelly has done it again. Hannah and Will along with their team are becoming a powerhouse that should not be screwed with! The characters created in the series are so fun and all different to read about. This series just keeps getting better and better. Simply Amazing!!!

Received an ARC from the Author for an Honest Review. Can't wait for the next book. This one was full of action and so much feels! What I loved most in this book was Chen, this struggles and getting to know more about him, and the new addition of Andrew. I would love to read a book of these two!

Again…..I have to say I am really enjoying this series. I just love Will’s character. He really knows how to handle his mate with sincere care and be a man about it…
Hannah, Will, and the crew had some challenges in this book dealing with stronger vampires. These vampires were from out of the country and their capabilities are very different from what the crew has ever encountered before. I would have like to know why these vampires were stronger and hard to take down. But….these vampires still got their behinds handed to them by the crew. Although it was very sad to read, it was very realistic to read of a strong character dying. This I love about Kelly’s writing style. She’s more realistic about a story line.
It was also great to see more of the other characters and how each of their story line develops. Oh my goodness I was happy to see Chen up and fighting again. He finally found someone for him. Selena and Reid are awesome together. They complement each other as well as two comedians that get the job done.
