Between Heaven and Poems about Losing & Finding Yourself is a poetry book that takes you deep into feelings of self-reflection, love, loss, and healing. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to explore their own emotions and find a quiet place to think, feel, and remember who they are.
These poems aren’t just random—they’re carefully put together to show the ups and downs of being human, capturing moments that are hard to put into words.
Let these poems help you find your own peace.
…And to my dear followers on ‘thefallenpoet,’ this book is for you. I’m so grateful for you.
Every poem was a tastey (sometimes painful) look into your own psyche. Read and enjoy as much as you want because it's rare to find something as soul searching as a good book of poems.
I love the depth of this. If you are a seeker of what lies below the surface of thought then treat yourself. You too will discover that the TheFallen Poet has written words from your own heart.
A book that expresses emotional maturity themes and taps into self-awareness.
I felt it's more geared toward younger audiences finding their way or people pre-therapy not exposed to such ways of thinking.
It's definitely impressive to see the author diving into such themes at the young age they mention, but for older audiences I'd imagine they might feel like me and find it covering pre-explored areas and a tad repetitive.
Overall, 3/5 stars for me. I hope to see more refined work later from the author with more poetic cadence.
I thought these poems were very repetitive. I know a lot of poetry covers similar themes: love, grief, finding yourself, forgiveness, etc. However, I didn't feel like the author had any unique thoughts or perspectives on a majority of the topics addressed. I think poetry is done well when you feel connected to an author's experience through personal anecdotes. Instead of coming out and saying "this poem is about loving yourself," they share a personal story that allows the reader to come to the conclusion. This felt like reading a book or daily affirmations.
Between Heaven and Earth by The Fallen Poet is a deeply emotional and thoughtful poetry collection that explores themes of heartbreak, pain, loneliness, healing, and self-discovery in a very honest and relatable way. The writing style is simple yet powerful, which makes the poems easy to understand while still leaving a strong emotional impact on the reader. What makes the book stand out is how personal the poems feel, almost like the author is sharing private thoughts and emotions directly with the reader. Many of the poems talk about struggles that people often go through in real life, such as feeling lost, dealing with sadness, or trying to move on from painful experiences, and that makes the collection feel comforting and genuine. Even though some parts of the book are heavy and emotional, there is also a sense of hope and growth throughout the collection, showing that healing is possible even after difficult times. While a few poems felt repetitive or a little too short, the overall message of the book is meaningful and memorable, especially for readers who enjoy modern poetry that focuses on emotions, mental health, and personal growth.

Absolutely adore the account and this creator brings so much peace and validation to struggling people, I found much comfort in them, and was excited to read but unfortunately it fell flat for me. The writing is mediocre with unoriginal ideas that don’t feel meaty. Very sad but still love thefallenpoet. <3
Solid 4.5 ⭐️’s I’ve not had a book be such a crutch for me during such a dark and desolate time in my life… Wearing a smile and hiding your pain is a skill I wish upon no one! This was, is a book I will have handy to read over and over again, and quite honestly keep as a journal of sorts to (make notes) look back on to reflect on my personal healing journey. to the TheFallenPoet, Kuddos 👏🏼
I could relate to many of the authors words in this book. I never thought reading this book would help me understand myself better and the situations I have been going through. I recommend this book to everyone going through a lot of things in their life right now.
This was the first poetry book I ever read as an adult and I LOVED it. Highly recommend it to everyone! I would read a few poems a night before bed. I think I’ll continue that habit and just re-read it.
Absolutely amazing. So many poems felt like they were written for me. I really appreciated the gentle yet confident words that I have marked to return to.
Another one of those poetry books where you just can’t find the poetry. Just sentences chopped to make verses. This one really let me down because the thought behind the words are beautiful.
I just finished reading this and i genuinely lovedddd itt!! So many poems resonated with me deeply, and i felt less alone. Thank you for this experience. ❤️
