I think this book would be very useful for families who are trying to manage two cultures in their home/family. This is written for African families but I believe the information would be useful for families of other cultures who may face similar situations. But it does have advice that I think would be useful for all parents regardless of background for example the topic of trust. There are questions to ask yourself and your children. There are times the book asks you to try different things. There is further reading and advice of when to seek help for your children if you are concerned about their mental health. Worth a read if you work with children or families so you can see some of the problems families may face and have ideas on how to help and support them.
