If you are looking for quick read true crime stories, look no further. Keller's books cover well known and obscure tales alike and are wonderfully edited with thumbnail pics. I am reading them all. Good stuff.
Volume 5 of Murder Most Vile is another good collection of short stories covering 18 cases of true crime. This volume includes the unsolved Jon Benet Ramsey case.
If you like reading about true crime, I think you will enjoy this series.
Keller does an amazing job in my opinion of keeping you interested I have read each volume (I'm currently on 6) and I have to say that I feel the writing became more intriguing as I have gone through. They are short especially for avid readers I finish within an hour to two hour depending on what's going on. But it's also because I love reading the next case. Can't wait to finish 6!
The 5th Volume is a nice mixture of familiar and unfamiliar cases. For example the real Amityville Horror, the Kitty Genovese story, and Jon Benet Ramsey. But there were some truly depraved child murderers & molesters. As well as a vile necrophile. The cases are international and interesting. I've already downloaded Volume 6.
