This was so cute, I loved Micah sm! This was heavy on the hurt/comfort, with Micah fleeing from his vampire home as he was being abused by his “brothers”. Micah is so stinking cute once he is fed properly, I couldn’t cope with him making friends with all the animals!! Harlan was a lonely character who made space in his life for Micah and knew he was special straight away. Their relationship felt natural and the “good bites only” was beyond sweet!! Looking forward to the rest of this multi-author series now.

Micah is a vampire treated badly by his coven because of his little fangs. He escapes and hides in lumberjack Harlan's wood shed. Besides his affinity for Harlan's cat, he falls for Harlan also. Harlan encourages him to stay, to be protected by Harlan and to recognize Micah will be safe because Harlan cares for him. It's a sweet Little story with stuffies, an adorable Little vampire, plenty of protection and a great Daddy like Harlan. I received a copy of this and this is my voluntary opinion.

Every time I start a book by Joe, my expectations run high. I enjoy his stories and how he manages to describe the dynamics between the characters and a world where love and protection are paramount.

This short, sweet story contains everything I have come to expect. This book is the start of a new series, and the bar is set high for the next writer in this series.

As Harlan provides safety, care, and stuffed animals, Micah learns to trust a human, leading to a crucial test when his vampire instincts demand a bite.

This was such an adorable and unique novella. I loved watching solitary lumberjack Harlan—along with his fantastic cat—step in to care for Micah, the tiny-fanged, cast-out vampire who desperately needed some safety, comfort, and a few stuffed animals. While some of the plot points definitely require you to stretch your imagination a bit, it makes for such a cute and creative twist on a traditional Daddy/little dynamic. It’s cosy, quirky, and features a wonderful ending that wrapped everything up just right. A lovely, smile-inducing read!This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.

Micah is sooo precious. He deserves the absolute world (and Harlan and Misty will make sure he gets it). God, he was adorable. So sweet and kind and made friends with sooo many...wild animals.

Harlan was his perfect partner. Strong, protective, soft.

They were utterly all too much and beautiful and perfect for each other. I looved them.

I also want more of this town. It has allll of the potential.

This book is part of the multi-author Daddy's Little Sins series. Each book is a standalone read and features a different couple. This is the story of Micah Swain and Harlan Cartwright. Micah has been cast out by his coven after being assaulted by them. He has been a vampire for 60 years. He is also a little. He is left to die in Willow's End and is wondering if should just give up now and let it happen. Harlan is a lumberjack who takes care of the land and all the creatures living within the woods. Micah is first helped by Harlan's cat Misty. It through Misty that Harlan finds injured Micah in his woodshed. Harlan immediately begins to help Micah. He gives him food and shelter. He also slowly begins to build back up Micah's confidence and his stuffy collection. This is their story. I enjoyed this book. The story is sweet and cute. It is well written and easy to read. The author dealt well with the sin of fear for both Micah and Harlan. I look forward to more by this author.

This is a story about a vampire Little, Micah, and a human lumberjack Daddy, Harlan. Micah was left for dead by his family of vampires; he tries to hide in Harlan’s yard and is found by Harlan’s cat Misty. Micah was told to be afraid of humans but Harlan convinces him to come inside his house. Harlan wants to protect Micah and Micah learns that Harlan is a good man. They realize they are attracted to each other and then they acknowledge that they are meant to be Daddy and Little and come to love each other. They have to deal with Micah’s old vampire family before they can have their HEA but it is totally worth it. This is great start to a series, the underlying sin is Fear which Micah has a lot of but also Harlan has some from the trauma of his last relationship.

This is the first book in the multi-author collaborative Daddy’s Little Sins series. Micah had been turned to a vampire when he was in his twenties. He had lived with his sire until she set him and her other fledglings free. Micah was different and after a severe beating from his brothers, he took off and hid. It is then he met Harlan. Harlan felt protective of him immediately. They quickly began building a trusting relationship and Harlan knew he didn’t want Micah to leave. But his brothers were still searching and he was in danger. This was a fantastic story of a Little vampire who finally finds his daddy. I loved this book and I can’t wait for the next one in the series.

This is the first book that I’ve read by Joe Satoria and it won’t be my last. I really enjoyed this book and thought that it was a good start to the multi-authored Daddy’s Little Sins Series. My heart hurt for everything Micah has been through and he was so brave escaping his “brothers” and finding a safe place with Harlan, even though he was so scared. I thought Harlan & Micah were great together and exactly what the other needs. Micah the sweet submissive for Harlan to take care of but Micah always takes good care of Harlan as well. I’m looking forward to reading more from this series, as well as more books from Joe Satoria in the future. I’d definitely recommend this book, series and author the others.

This was a decent quick read. Something light and easy to get through was just what I needed. Part of me wants to say this didn’t have a lot of substance but even with Micah’s past mistreatment and Harlan’s past heartbreak, I wasn’t invested in the characters enough for it to truly be impactful in a way. Their relationship was cute for what it’s worth. I do wish we got more from the whole Harlan being taken even if it was from Micah’s side and them getting help but I digress. For what it’s worth, I’m glad they got their happy ending together.

Micah and Harlan story was cute with awkward bittersweet undertone caused by circumstances and the enemies that kept creating havoc.
I liked their dynamics and time spent together, as well as the way they learned things about themselves and each other, how they learned trust, bravery, and protecting loved ones.
I absolutely loved the furball and her shenanigans, as well as all the help she provided when needed.
I enjoyed the climax and the moment they were united for eternity.

I love Micah and Harlan.. Harlan is the perfect dominant personality who doesnt realize he is very much taking care of Micah from the moment he finds him. Misty was probably my favorite character and I love her. This whole story was adorable and I can't wait for the rest of our "deadly sins"

A very entertaining story about a sweet vampire Little, Micah, finding his Daddy in lumberjack Harlan after being thrown out by his family of vampires. They were so adorable with Harlan reassuring and caring for the fearful Micah. There's a little danger, spice and a very cute, mischievous cat.
