Ryde is the VP of the Renegades MC and gets the surprise of his life when Carly shows up at the clubhouse years later with a little boy who he knew nothing about. Carly is very sick and when Dr. Ellie, who had just shown up to the clubhouse, tries to save her to no avail. Carter sticks to Ellie after this which leads her to come into Ryde and Carter’s life.
These two had plenty of chemistry and started on their journey to find their HEA. I loved that Ryde was the tough, protective biker that had a soft heart for Carter and Ellie. This book was another winner for this author.
This is the third book in the Ridgemont Renegades MC. A short instalove MC biker romance that brings steam, suspense and heart in its plot.
Ryde is the VP of the MC club, he discovers he is a father (to a 6 yr old boy) while the child's mom passes away in his arms. It is Ellie, the neighbor town's doctor, who is there to console the child creating a bond with both child and dad. She needs help with dealing with a rival MC that is taking over her town, but her nurturing and caring nature keeps bringing her back to check on them, and deepening the connection until the passion seals their future.
What to love in this story is how the relationships are slowly forged between suspense and danger. There is so much heart in their interactions, steam in their moments, and a trust that only fuels his decision to do the impossible to protect them.
A great read!.

Ryde by Lana Bloom was a fun, steamy instalove romance with everything I enjoy about small-town MC stories. The MMC Ryde is a protective, possessive alpha, but his softer side as a single dad made him even more lovable. The chemistry between him and the heroine was immediate, and their fast-burning connection kept me hooked. I also enjoyed the close-knit MC family and small-town atmosphere, which added plenty of warmth alongside the drama and spice. The story moved at a good pace and had just the right mix of romance, emotion, and protective biker vibes. Overall, Ryde was a quick, entertaining read with plenty of chemistry and heart!

Ryde by Lana Bloom is a wonderful story of past meeting present. This single dad, mc short read romance is an engaging and compelling story. Ryde finds out that he has son he knew nothing about. He meets Ellie during this time of discovery. They are drawn together through an unexpected need to help Ryde’s son. Their friendship grows even closer as they care for Ryde’s son, Carter, explore new found family (Ryde’s MC brothers), and the surrounding conflict and danger. Their journey is a well-written and is a great addition to the Ridgemont: Renegades MC series. Highly recommended.

Ryde, VP of Renegades MC finds out he is the father of a 6 year-old boy Carter, a product of a weekend fling 7 years ago with Carly when she shows up obviously sick at the Clubhouse. Dr. Ellie is at the Clubhouse to meet Vance, but rushes to Carly’s side to try to save her. Carter clings to Ellie and she finds herself drawn into Carter and Ryde’s life. Ellie had come to the Renegades for help as the Iron Wolves were taking over Riverside, the town adjacent to Ridgemont. What follows is a slow steamy burn between Ryde and Ellie, as the three of them become a family. This was a great story with a heartwarming epilogue.
“Ryde” by Lana Bloom -Ryde becomes a father and a member of the Renegades when a woman from his past dies after leaving him with his six-year-old son he had no idea of. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing honest thoughts. The first scene was quite a shock. Ryde’s quick-developing relationship with his son and Ellie was sweet, steamy, and fun, with plenty of danger and nonstop action. A unique storyline with a cute nickname for Ellie and a really cute kid. The MC group is really a supportive family for the members.
This one runs the gambit of emotion. Ryde finds out he's a father when his former flame shows up with his son. It's the same day Ellie, a doctor from a neighboring town stops by to ask for the Club's help. It's a beginning that tears at the heart strings to an ending of the love of a family found. The overall story moves the arc forward. The one issue I had was that Vance's wife didn't make an appearance, and she was a single mom. It could have added dimension to the story. Ryde was taken by surprise when a woman he had slept with once shows up to drop off his kid and then she passes away. He never expected that he would meet his son he never knew about on the same day he would meet the woman that he cannot get out of his mind, and feels the need to protect. This was full of non-stop action and you couldn't help cheering this couple on. This was a really good read!
Ellie and Ryde’s story is a protective possessive single alpha dad, close-knit MC family, small-town setting, drama, spice.
