I wanted to like it
I really wanted to like this book but it fell flat. It's hard to describe. The writing was....vague. it's a weird word to use, but it was. Vague. I found myself reading along and suddenly wondering, "Wait. What's happening? I'm confused. "
For example: He teaches her how
to swim after a gala, fully clothed in formal wear? It was just bizarre.
It just didn't flow smoothly and didn't make sense in many areas.
