Quite liked this.

Kaylie is a strong, confident, very capable woman who calls the shots. I'm not sure why she was working as a bartender instead of working on world domination though.

The three brothers all fall instantly. I liked that this was new to them, although none hesitated. It's angst free. Each read interesting.

The plot was meh, obvious and anticlimactic.

Overall it's an enjoyable light read. Low smut considering genre. Nothing has any depth, I did feel that the base was here for a really interesting story. It had a lot of potential but ultimately the result was good but forgettable. I enjoyed it but it wont stay with me.

𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭. 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭.

This was another download based on the book cover. It also had quite a few of my favorite tropes which was also another reason and I've never read anything from this author before.

This book started out really good and I was enjoying it but by half way through the story I just struggled and that was for a few reasons. But I'll start out with what I did like. The whole dynamic between Kaylie and the MMC's Maxim, Lucien and Edmund. I liked the banter between them and there was certainly spice in this book. I did like how she went from just being the girlfriend to standing on her own two feet in the workplace. And that she was this type of dooms day prepper. Everyone should have a 'to go bag.'

Then you have the three bosses who I liked individually but as the book progressed I found that the relationship between them all was happening too fast. There wasn't enough yearning and it felt like an insta-love and the chemistry was simmering at times.

Some of the plot felt a little too predictable and I was expecting a little more tension between Kaylie and her ex-boyfriend Tyler. There was so much potential for drama in this book and it was missed which for me would have added another level.

Then the 'leak' and when Kaylie learned that she was a suspect... girl. You just found out the men you were in a relationship with were discussing you as a potential suspect and you are not angry? Not even some groveling?? If that were me then there would have been some major words exchanged.

Overall, I did like the idea of this book but I could have done with a little more to bump up my rating. I think if there had been yearning and sexual tension building up to the why choose then I would have enjoyed it a lot more.

There was a few humorous moments I did enjoy and some of the tension/drama with the uncle. It was enjoyable but for me as a reader it could have done with a little more of something extra.

This was a quick and easy read, and was entertaining enough that I found it enjoyable. However, I found the premise of this book much more interesting than the pages presented. The character development was pretty shallow, and there were mentions of so many things that added interest and could have been explored deeper to make the reading richer and more emotionally connecting. Examples include:

- Survivalist parents: such an interesting concept and idea, and some details were shared on how this changes her worldview. But I wanted to know more about what her childhood looked like, what made her parents like that, how she really learned differently so that she has such great creative ideas for this modern resort company.

- Half sibling / affair in history: only the uncle brings this up on the regular, but there had to be more to this and family impact of the affair discovery (the mom mentions she never forgave her husband) and the company handling thereafter as the boys grew up and took their roles.

- Relationship history: there is clearly some promiscuity prevalent among the men and even a woman that approaches during a date, but there’s no reconciliation of that lifestyle with how all three men fell for her. I mean, this all starts with a request for a one-night stand. So it’s hard to accept that and the instalove x 4 that happens during the book. I wish there had been a little more tension or pull between some / all of them to be a bit more believable, even in the confines of this story.

I will add that short books like this tend to move the plot quickly for the benefit of the spice being front and center. The spice was in this book, but it wasn’t very deep, and there was some detail but despite some of the time passing and mentions of continued acts, the on-page descriptions were pretty basic.

Overall, there are a lot of interesting directions this book could have been deeper, even if it was just to be all about the spice (not trying to say it had to be all emotional). But instead it spread itself across a lot of things pretty thinly and didn’t check any specific boxes that would have made me more excited about the end result as either a flirty fun quick read, a spicy mindless read, or a deep emotional read - it was a little of each of those, but won’t be memorable for me.

See, the thing about books with covers like these is it sets the bar very low.
I can’t tell if this was actually incredible or if it simply surprised me, but it was such a well-written fun time.

It gets right down to business, I’ll tell you that much.

This is genuinely, endearingly good.
Like, it should have an obnoxiously pastel cover with a cartoon woman and three adoring men in suits surrounding her.

The title should be a pun about her survival skills, a trait of which I am obsessed with.
‘Survivors Guide to Spite’ or something equally cutesy yet vague.

She’s so smart and witty.
Her fatal flaw is implemented so relatably that it doesn’t diminish her likability.

I love the way the author thinks, the little details of a scene are everything: what’s missing in the space, what the state of things silently convey, what’s being utilized to point at something.
It’s just so refreshing.

This is the first time I’ve cried about ‘go’ bags.
It won’t be the last, I’m sure.

The group scenes aren’t great.

The love proclamations are admittedly silly but whatever.
She’s sleeping with her ex’s bosses, not running across the moors to chase the distance between them at dawn.
Although, there was an issue with both pride and prejudice.
Anyway.

I did some giggling.
Some kicking of my feet.

The ending is ridiculous.
Everything concludes a bit too easily.

It’s also written a bit differently, with a marked difference in copy editing.

I also dislike the name they settle on for the project.
It sounds like a tinderbox of an insurance nightmare.

I almost gave it three stars from how it ended.
It really lost its spark, but it was fun while it lasted.

Bad Decision? Or Fate’s Humorous Design…You Decide 😉

OMG, when I say this book just starts out amazing right outta the gate lol. The hilarious text that accidentally gets sent to Kaylie’s cheating ex’s boss…so freakin funny 😂😂😂 Even better though, it sets off a chain of events that changes Kaylie’s life. Soon she’s working for the same bosses her ex does, and of course, being better at it than he ever could lol. Maxim, Edmond, and Lucien can’t help but fall for her (although Lucien tries really hard not to & watching him break was one of the best parts of the story lol). She’s unlike anyone they’ve ever met (Maxim’s words, not mine 😉), and honestly, I completely agree. Kaylie was one of the most fascinating MFCs I’ve read in a long time. I loved the way her brain worked, and I love the way the guys didn’t make her feel weird for that fact. Unfortunately, someone is trying to cause problems for the company, and let’s just say, insert big time drama because of it 😝 If you love ex’s who get what’s coming to them, brilliant MFCs who don’t realize how awesome they truly are, MMCs who know what it means to go all-in for their woman, and some spice that had the perfect touch of heat, connection & emotion thrown in…then you’re gonna want to grab this NOW 😉 I DEVOURED this book so quick lol. Don’t be scared to give it a shot ❤️

Molly Eden’s Falling For My Ex’s Bosses delivers a dramatic contemporary romance built around betrayal, unexpected attraction, and a heroine whose impulsive decision changes everything. After discovering that her boyfriend has cheated on her and exploited her ideas, she sends a revenge photo to his billionaire boss by mistake. His surprising response leads to a one-night encounter that becomes far more complicated when she meets his two brothers.

The story’s central appeal lies in its why-choose romance dynamic, with Maxim’s protectiveness, Edmund’s playful charm, and Lucien’s distrust creating three distinct sources of romantic tension. Meanwhile, the heroine’s conflict with her ex adds another layer of suspense, as his professional success and secrets threaten to complicate her new relationships. The combination of an accidental text, powerful love interests, and unresolved betrayal gives the story an energetic, high-drama premise.

Published on August 20, 2026, this 242-page Kindle Edition may appeal to readers who enjoy billionaire romance, reverse-harem and why-choose relationships, forbidden attraction, and stories involving revenge, secrets, and complicated romantic choices. Overall, Falling For My Ex’s Bosses offers a fast-paced romantic setup centered on unexpected desire, personal betrayal, and the possibilities that emerge when one reckless decision changes the course of a life.

Good book but unrealistic

⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, this was a good book! The spice was nice, the story was good, and I liked the characters. My biggest issue was the insta-love. It just moved a little too fast for me.

I also had some thoughts about the RH setup. She finds Tyler cheating on her and dumps him. He was a dick and absolutely deserved to be dumped!!! But what doesn’t track is she then ends up in an RH relationship with three brothers who have never shared a woman before. Although there were some issues with the adjustment for Max, I still felt like the transition was a little too easy overall for all of them.

Maybe it’s just me, but if you’ve only ever been in monogamous relationships and were just cheated on, I feel like jumping into an RH relationship would come with a little more hesitation, jealousy, and emotional baggage especially when none of the characters have ever even experimented with that type of lifestyle before this. It’s not easy transitioning to a new lifestyle and the fact that there were very little issues for their transition is what made this unrealistic.

That said, I still enjoyed the book! The spice delivered, the characters were enjoyable, and the story kept me entertained. I just don’t think this is going to be one of those books that sticks with me. It was good, but I have a feeling I’ll forget most of it pretty quickly. 😂

This was a really lovely story. Kaylie is a strong, capable heroine who never waits for anyone to rescue her, she proves time and again that she can stand on her own. After discovering her ex has cheated, she crosses paths with his bosses and ends up having a one‑night stand with one of them. When he mentions a new project, she offers sharp, creative ideas, and they decide to bring her on board.

That’s where the romance begins: two of the bosses are drawn to her, while the third starts digging into her background and unexpectedly develops feelings of his own. Eventually, he’s the one who steps into a relationship with her.

As the story unfolds, they uncover the source of the leaks, deal with the culprit, and the whole thing wraps up with a satisfying happily‑ever‑after.

I really enjoyed this book. Maxim, Edmond, and Lucien Finley are the bosses where Kaylie Brennan’s boyfriend Tyler works. He has a big presentation where he used most of Kaylie’s ideas and claims them as his own. Shortly after his presentation, she catches him in the hallway with his assistant. Maxim and Edmund find her after she discovers his betrayal, and then Maxim sent her home in his car. When she is home, she sends who she thinks is Tyler a text, but discovers shortly after that it is Maxim, he invites her to meet him downstairs in 20 minutes for one night. Four days later, he invites her to work with them on their new project. Needless to say all three brothers fall in love with Kaylie and even with some betrayal in the company and with their uncle, they all go on to live happily ever after.

This was another one-sit read for me by this author and I love the fresh take on our FMC, Kaylie. She's been raised by preppers and is so situationally aware, it isn't funny. She's also no damsel. What she does have, though, are fab ideas and, sadly, her bf has been using them with no credit to her. Ha! He should have been more careful and not foolishly got caught with his assistant doing the nasty at a gala event for his company. Kaylie just flees the building, only to bump into Maxim, her bf's boss, on the way out. After she sends her revenge pic to her now ex, she realizes that she sent it to Max... This begins a journey that she never could have imagined for herself. Expect to get caught up in the drama, emotions, chemistry, strong characters and hot romance as you follow her to her fab and steamy HEA. I loved it and look forward to what's next by this author :D

This book was definitely a don’t-judge-a-book-by-its-cover situation. Why do the three men look like triplets when one isn’t even a full blooded brother of the other two let alone a triplet. No one is even a twin. And the title is cringy AF. But man, that was an adorable read. I was half in love with the MFC and I’m not even gay? Anyway, super cute, I liked all the characters, the plot, the writing. Not 5 stars because it could have used more relationship development (especially with the “hold out”). And there could have definitely been more action. But still a solid, fun read. I did not read any of the spice scenes so I can’t attest to how good/bad they are.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I liked how catching her boyfriend cheating turns out to be best thing to happen. I liked how Kaylie impresses Maxim, Edmund and Lucien so much that they give her a job which she does very well. I liked how each of the guys become her boyfriend and well they all share and love each other. I really liked how her ex, their uncle and her ex's other girlfriend pay for their sabotage and taking things that weren't theirs.

Kaylie is an interesting surprise to the three brothers. She is astute, plain spoken, situationally aware and fiercely independent. Lucien, Edmund and Maxim are accustomed to be chased and used for their wealth, so it is a refreshing twist that she doesn't need them and asks for nothing.

Add in a little industrial espionage, personal demons causing uncertainty and this is a fantastic, fast paced, heartwarming story. Another thoroughly enjoyable tale from this author.

Kaylie and Tyler go to the launch of his works newest project. As the project show goes on she is surprised that her ideas were used. When she asks him about it, he just blows it off. Tyler is acting strange and she catches him with Maddy his assistant. Kaylie leaves and his bosses give her a ride home. Have you ever sent a picture with kiss my *ss? Have you ever sent it to the wrong person? Kaylie does and now her whole life changes. Love this book.

A great little read with some spice and three sexy brothers. I really liked the fmc, she was confident, independent and didn't care about the money the men had. The brothers all had their own personalities, however I didn't really connect with any except max and personally would have been happy to focus on the one relationship as the other felt rushed in my opinion. Really enjoyed the read. However, personally, I wanted more emotion and felt the whole relationship with the brothers was a little rushed.

Quick, fun read.
I really like the FMC in this book. Super smart and can outshine the men. I wish more fmc's were written like this. No overreactions, no whining.
My one big gripe with this book was the first, I love you. It came out of left field to me. I actually chuckled because it was so out there.
That was just a small thing, so overall, would recommend for something to read quickly and with no angst.
The only cheating was her boyfriend at the very beginning, but she leaves him immediately and ends up with her harem of 3.

Kaylie, Maxim, Edmund, and Lucien

This is a short, very good, well written, RH romance. Kaylie works as a bar tender and was raised by prepper parents. She finds her boyfriend kissing his assistant while at a presentation he is giving. She had provided him with many of the points. Two of his three bosses find her sitting out front with no way home. Maxim provides her a ride and then asks for one night with her. Read how they offer her a position on a project. Then each brother falls for her. I enjoyed this story more than I expected.

I know Eden uses basically the same formula for every book, but somehow they always create a story that’s unique and makes you forget you’re reading the same thing.

The FMC comes from a pepper family and because of that she has gained an eye for detail. Making her really good at marketing. When the guys see that they bring her on and slowly put together that the projects her ex has brought to them in the past, are all really from her. He just took the credit.

The epilogue felt so open ended in a lot of ways I had to take off one star.

✨No cheating ✨No cliffhanger

This is my first time reading a book by Molly Eden and I am happy to say that it won’t be my last. I love the why choose genre and this book did not disappoint. It has the perfect balance of great story line and spice. The main characters are well developed and easy to like. I love that the author didn’t use the miscommunication/make assumptions trope and instead had the characters speak honestly and truthfully to each other about their feelings and actions and own their mistakes right away instead of drawing out the misunderstandings for half the book.

A book where a woman knows more than the man

This was an enjoyable book And it put the woman more knowledgeable than the men in the story. She was a Hippie type of person Or some would call a flower child. Of course there's always a villain in every story and there's 1 in this 1 as well and yes he's really a nasty guy. Takes you on a ride that's funny, Informative, And has some crazy but good ideas.

wrapped up in a nice little bow

This is a full plot that I feel like is slightly more realistic than others in the way that the conclusions weren’t wildly explosive, the communication while sometimes slow was good between the 4 and I liked that the fmc was unique to others. She seemed maybe a little neurodivergent tbh and I’m still surprised she didn’t utilize her intelligence sooner but hey maybe she simply liked the easy life of working in a bar 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cute and a quick read

This reverse harem with billionaire brothers is very cute and sweet story. The spice is there but very mild. Ends is a HEA. Kaylie is not your typical MFC which I throughly enjoyed. This is pretty much an insta love story between her and two of her guys. The third is more resultant but he gets there eventually.

Spicy from the Start

This book wasted all of 5 minutes before getting to the steam and it lasted in ways you would think through the end. They fall hard and fast and she doesn't even try to fight it. They know what they want and she is it. Her view on the world and how things should be is amazing to read and a little eye opening on today's society.

This was a good novella for a pallet cleanser. I really enjoyed the first 70% of this book but then one thing in particular threw me off.
I didn't really understand how Lucien was in love with Kaylie when we only see them interact like 3 times before they get together, I know it's a novella but I just thought it felt too rushed.
But I still enjoyed this enough to read the next one!

So in the kindle challenge I needed a short read and they sent an email with a few short reads that I could find for free on KU and I clicked on this (I think it was the shortest one).

It was sweet. They seemed to really like her for her mind almost as much as for her willingness to be with all three of them.

It ain't Shakespear but the cover and title kind of give that away.

Good why choose story

Good billionaire boss why choose romance, with low angst. Kaylie meets her ex's bosses, Edmund, Lucien, and Maxim, right after finding Tyler with his assistant. She accidentally messages Maxim instead of Tyler which starts their supposed one night romance. Kaylie gets hired by the brothers as a consultant, and they slowly fall for her.

Read in one sitting

It's super refreshing to have a main character that speaks her mind and also takes good communication with her partners seriously. I liked all three guys, although Max has what felt like a really extreme reaction to something that I feel was uncharacteristic. Didn't ruin anything for me
