Nova came home for her father’s funeral. She was hoping that Colt, Bishop, and Diego wouldn’t notice her. Too late, they saw her there. Nova working as a criminologist, knows exactly how these bikers function. Out at least she thought she did. She got questions about why her father falls right into the middle of them. This story was chaos and intrigue. Steam and heat. I absolutely loved this one with her and the guys.

Devils Throttle by Emma Harris and Evie Ward delivers a dark romance full of danger, sizzling chemistry, emotional depth, and a gripping story that kept my attention from the very first chapter. I loved how Harris and Ward expertly blended suspense, passion, and complex relationships into a captivating why-choose romance that never loses sight of its heart. One of the things that I felt made this novel interesting to me were the main characters. Each love interest has a distinct personality, making every relationship feel meaningful rather than repetitive. Their loyalty, possessiveness, and willingness to protect the heroine created an emotional intensity that perfectly complemented the high-stakes MC world. Overall, Devil's Throttle was an addictive, fast-paced read that combines heart-pounding suspense with unforgettable romance.

This book has a slow and steady build up in all aspects of the story line. Together they are trying to bring the person to justice,both civilian and MC, who had killed one of the founding Presidents, because he found out that person was doing illegal things on and with MC property.
Together the members and the old President’s daughter compile and , slowly bring the MC back to what her father had written in the founding charter. They also are slowly bringing their feelings together and falling in love, that is both respectful and deep.
When everything comes to a head they come out on the other side of a ten year investigation and put the ghosts that have been around since her father was murdered and the club becomes what it was. Always ment to be,profitable for both the community and the club itself all legally.
Her father wrote the frame work, they just finally brought it to life and along the way found a family that while always being there, was now formed with loyalty and love.

She came home for her father and to find answers, but she gets a whole lot more with three bikers that becomes her safety net. Studying criminology and organizational structures Nova comes across information that places her in danger and sheds light on her father. Will Bishop, Colt and Diego be able to keep her safe. This story kept me glued to the pages.
