One group of friends. A circle full of secrets. Will they expose the truth so they can be healed, or hold it inside and remain bound? Only time will tell.

I enjoyed every moment of Veronica’s story. Part 2 of Tell The Truth and Shame The Devil was just as great as part 1. Neesh Santiago is a wonderful storyteller! Great mixture of religion and secular world topics. This book held my attention the entire time.
This was a dramatic with some twist and turns. We find out Richard and Nae Nae were not brother and sister and they had a child ,and get engaged . Veronica was led down the wrong path by DeAndre became abusive but was out in check real fast by Veronica. The pastor was using the young as his delivery people and he was not a man of God. When DeAndre approach him about throwing his fiance out of the church he told him the truth that he don't believe about man in the sky. DeAndre went back to his real girlfriend tell Veronica the truth and they all find a real church to attend. Lightning strike the church burn the church to the ground left his underground stash house for the police. But pastor was not found . It's a very disturbing but true story you will enjoy . First time reading books by Neesh Santiago and will read more.
A Story of the importance of learning the word of God
I have been waiting to read book 2 and it didn’t disappoint. We follow Veronica and her journey with her fiancée DeAndrea and new church she joint. This story teaches you about false teachings and the importance of learning the bible for yourself. I loved the facts that Neesh (the author ) referenced her song and what she does in the book. Very nice and subtle. Definitely a must read ! Can’t wait for book 3 which will be released in January 2025
This book was good for the beginners to the end. The crazy part was Veronica did not really pay attention to what was going on around her. She was real naïve to a lot of things instead of asking people questions and they get help with her situation. She almost ended up in a bad situation. DeAndre was crazy for the stuff he was doing and really believed the bull crap that was coming out of other people mouth. As man, he should've been questioning everything that was taught to him and said to him because it never made sense for him to believe any of it
Veronica and DeAndre were attempting to live a “man created” godly life. That there was the problem. Their story resonates with the fact that there are so many people ready to deceive others. Their interpretation of the Bible is used for personal reasons not godly reasons. The prayer for clarity changed it all.
There is all kinds of abuse going on in this world we live in but, I feel the worst one is spiritual abuse right up there with emotional and mental abuse because they were concocted to put a deeper rift between us and God. With us blaming the Lord for letting it happen when we were seriously seeking Him.
Nae Nae and her girls are on a journey spiritually. I love the dynamics of the friend group in spite of their surroundings and their independent journey. But baby if I was Ronnie I would have exited stage left a long time ago. Can’t wait to read the next book.
There is so much to talk about with this series and the sad part is that a lot of it is happening in our world today. We all need to get to know God and His word for ourselves. Maintain/develop your own relationship with God. Every person that stands in a pulpit is not chosen by God.
The book revovled around the church. It showed how you can get caught up in false teachings. I liked when that fake preacher got caught . I was happy that Veronica found it out. This is a good clean book. I truly enjoyed it.
Audiobook 🎧: This story describes how some religions kinda act like a cult but still have secrets that they don’t want to come out/keep hidden. It has some plot twists. In my opinion the first book was better.
I love these books! I think I found my new favorite author! This book really had me, I’m so glad Veronica got delivered from Edifice! That church was wayyy too cultish! I highly recommend this book and series!
Nie, ain’t nothing holy about Holy Edifice. 🤦🏽♀️. That Pastor, the lies, the drama … Po Veronica didn’t stand a chance. But the ending tho. Lightning 🤣. Here for it.
