This is a great introduction to Paleo. Worth following the Authors blog too.

I would have preferred more dinners and lunches, practical meals, rather than extensive sauces and side dishes, which is not me. This is why its 4 star not 5. However, do like the breakfast recipes, have already made the coconut macaroons twice and some dinners. A book to dip into.
