Chevy does it again. I love this series --this is a mystery series without all the blood and gory details. Of course I love dogs and Chevy seems like an old friend after reading the other books in the series. Mary Hiker does a great job of creating the interaction between Chevy and Avery (his owner). This is a quick and light easy to read series--I highly recommend it! Cozy mystery lovers will clamor for the next book in this series.
Ok story but so very short that neither the murder mystery nor personal relationships really get flushed out. It all seems very quick and superficial; even another 50 pages would allow more details for the author to provide.
Another good but short read with peripheral characters better fleshed out than the mains. One of these days we may learn something about Avery other than she likes dogs
