I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Blue Genes and I'm still sooo thankful!
Finally Ayden & Beth are back in our lives! After I finished The Story of Us Trilogy I hoped for more of them & totally freaked out when I found out about Blue Genes!
This story was sooooo emotional! Oh my goodness! You've a lot of great romantic moments in it plus so much suspense! And did I mention the emotion?!
It was wonderful! Sooo beautiful and heartbreaking! But heartbreaking in a good way!
I didn't even know that it's possible to fall in love with Beth & Ayden soooooo much that... when I started the book I was excited to have them back. It felt like I met good friends again! And while I read I couldn't stop to feel with them.
They'll definitely have a place in my heart for ever. ♡
If you loved The Story of Us you will DEFINITELY love this one too!
Put a lot of tissues and chocolate next to you while you're reading it!

A deal from the past is now aiming for retribution and Beth is the target. What will Ayden be willing to give up in order to protect his family? "To know what is right and not do it is the worst cowardice."
Ayden and Beth's story is one of love, strength and trust. Ayden broke my heart, he had to overcome selfishness, find the strength and the will to give up the one he loves in order to protect. The ending is a cliffhanger, however I am grateful to the author for not leaving me in despair.

Blue Genes by Sydney Jamesson is a wonderful continuation of the Story of Us series, which brings Ayden and Beth back for more romance and hot hot hot love scenes! Those of us left wondering what happened to A&B after the last book a re finally getting our answers, but also more questions about the twists and turns the Stone's life is taking. I loved the inclusion of Ayden's birth family, even while hating certain members of that family.
The love scenes were the perfect blend of erotica and romance. As a reader of the entire series, I personally loved the development of the main characters and their personal relationship. I cannot wait for the next book to come out!

I was lucky enough to win an ARC copy of this book & although I would like more time to sit & read it I have to say it's absolutely amazing. Everything Sydney promised it would be & then some. So if you're looking for a new book to read.....hold out til June 2nd & get yourself stuck into this book. If you haven't already read the trilogy "Touchstone The Story of Us" then what the hell are you waiting for????? Where the heck have you been hiding???? Get at it now!!!!! You will NOT be disappointed I promise you

Ms. Jamesson has done it again. When I thought The Story of Us couldn't get any better, along came Blue Genes! I was captivated and enthralled from page one and I particularly liked Ayden Stone's POV in this book. With just the right amount of steamy naughtiness as well as tension, it was a page turner.

After reading “The Story of Us” trilogy by this author, I squealed like a girl when I heard she was writing another series about Ayden and Beth. This couple are a favourite of mine. Their love is written in the stars!
In Blue Genes, we learn more about Ayden and what you find out will have you gasping! This leaves him as intense as ever. But it makes him more determined than ever to keep his loved ones safe! It brings out a more passionate, determined and focused side to him which I loved! Reading how much he loves Beth is beautiful and inspiring.
Beth has come into her own and is more confident in herself. She is stronger and will defend those she loves with the fierceness of a tiger! I heart her!!! She has to trust the love she and Ayden have and it tests her. But their love is stronger than anything they have to face…and she knows it.
The love scenes in BG are enough to melt your Kindle! HOT HOT HOT and I was pleased to see that Mr. Stone has not lost his skill! In fact…it seems to have got better. *fans herself*
This novel had drama, suspense, twists, turns and is one that will leave you wanting more!
Sydney Jamesson has outdone herself with this heartbreakingly beautiful story! Bravo!

I started reading Sydney's work last year and poor, poor Sydney had to listen to me while I read. Once again she capture everyone emotion possible in me. There were life support moments when my heart broke. Cold showers were needed... it is Ayden Stone you wouldn't expect anything less. High fives and fist pumps in scenes. Happy tears and laughter. Theses characters have captured my heart as I have followed their journey. This story is so beautifully written the detail of their love is incredible. I'm already starting my countdown for the next book. I'm the most impatient reader so poor Sydney will have to put up with me until I have more.

After almost 12 months of not finishing books because they did not live up to TouchStone for ever, I was extremely fortunate enough to have the opportunity to read an ARC copy of Blue Genes...
I have read it 3 times now, and like Sydney's previous books, you find something new each time. The emotions you feel for Ayden & Beth bring them into glorious technicolor on the page.. If it is possible, I love them even more!

Wow, so hooked!
I needed wine to get me through this book. Once again I couldn't put this book down. The love Beth and Ayden have for each is magical. I'm guessing the Angel or whatever he was from the last book had something to do with Beth's pregnancy? So many turns and what is up with Ayden's family? His sister is a bitch. I loved the scene when Beth slapped her, haha. Thank you for the cliff hanger Sydney. Can't wait to read what happens next.

I recieved this for an honest review.. I have to say that this whole series has been an extremely enjoyable read.. This book for me was a bit emotional.. I found myself swooning over the many romantic moments that are in this book!! This was an absolute pleasure for me to read!!!

I am a huge fan of The Touchstone series trilogy and was pleasantly surprised when I met Sydney at a book signing. That there was going to be a brand new series bringing back one of my favourite couples, Ayden and Beth, made my day too! Many who have read the previous books will be well aware this is not your run of the mill erotic love story. It is a fairy-tale full of good people, bad people and intrigue and mystery like any good fairy-tale story.
Mr and Mrs Stone are more in love if at all that is possible and while I wondered where the story could possibly go, I was gripped from the beginning enjoying the intensity of their love and interactions.
Quote ~ Ayden: "Are we assessing again, Mrs Stone."
Quote ~ Beth: "We are enjoying, Mr Stone. Always enjoying. But wondering why you are dressing formally. I was going to wear something comfortable for traveling..."
Quote ~ Ayden: "This is comfortable."
The couple are making a trip to Paris to meet Ayden’s mother who they located in the previous series. Ayden is a ball of nerves and is not quite sure what to expect, but as long as his Beth is by his side holding his hand, he can accomplish anything. They also take the opportunity to explore Paris as it is the city of love and after all, that's exactly what you get in spades from these two.
Quote ~ Ayden: "This isn't a five star hotel,"
Quote ~ Beth: "It's fine. Can we just go inside?"
Ayden: "We can, but I've never stopped here before and you know..."
Beth: "Yes, I know you only want the best." "It'll be fine. Come on."
Apart from an interesting meeting with his new found family, the happiness these two have just makes me uneasy as I'm sure there will be some sort of obstacles pushing themselves in the way. That's the sort of thing Sydney would do to us avid readers of this story. Jay makes an appearance. He is Ayden’s best friend from childhood who I think is a fantastic character and always has Ayden and Beth’s back; always on hand to keep evil at bay.
Just as I thought a massive hurdle blocks the way of true love, we are left asking questions. Which family will Ayden choose? Will he be able to continue to love and protect Beth? You will have to read the series to find out.

I'm left completely hanging, desperately wanting more of this story. Of course it contains the hotness between these two and offers the intensity. It also gives references to songs throughout just like The Story Of Us. There is one song used in a scene that had me laughing my head off at the visualisation in that moment. I also shed a couple of tears towards the end leaving my heart beating frantically. I will totally be recommending those new to the story to get downloading. It’s worth it.

I will not let you start this book without you being prepared, so pay attention!
Before you start, make sure you have the items below within reach… please
1. Tissues – you will need a lot!
2. Wine, Vodka, whatever your alcohol of choice is- again this is not optional it’s compulsory!!!
3. A Blanket- depending on your reading speed- it may be a long night, you will not want to put this down!
4. Kindle or reading device charger- power failure may result in uncontrollable wailing and gnashing of teeth!
Beth and Ayden are back and they are doing what they do best – tearing my heart out!
The two of them are married but the not so distant past is still looming large over the pair of them, honestly I wasn’t best pleased that they were still pussy footing around but I was happy to see that the two of them have begun to piece together a future, one that I think they never thought they would ever actually get to have.
They have really been through the mill and I have to say that I am not 100% certain that their trials and tribulations are over, but they have survived so far and I am desperate for the two of them to get a happy ever after.
This is yet another emotional read, one that had me shaking and scratching my head, and damn well dabbing the tears from my eyes, Ayden has now uncovered the details of his entry into the world, his parents and birth and I was perfectly well aware that this fantastic man was left rocked by what he discovered but he handled it well and formulated his actions as only he was capable of.
Beth was such a beautiful character but while she stood firmly by her man through all the revelations, the new dynamics in Ayden’s life had an adverse effect on her, she was riddled with doubts and what the things that Ayden had discovered meant for what the two of them had built together. I thought that she really was a victim of a bout of low self-esteem, she loved Ayden but seemed to doubt the love he felt for her, honestly what she was thinking how she could doubt this glorious man but he stepped up and showed her just what and how much he loved her.
But their story took a very welcome and completely unexpected twist but all is not smooth sailing for the two of them but it never has been, so no change there then!
A truly beautiful story that is emotional charged and powerfully creative – I loved it!!!!

Beth and Ayden are back and they are doing what they do best – tearing my heart out!
The two of them are married but the not so distant past is still looming large over the pair of them, honestly I wasn’t best pleased that they were still pussy footing around but I was happy to see that the two of them have begun to piece together a future, one that I think they never thought they would ever actually get to have.
They have really been through the mill and I have to say that I am not 100% certain that their trials and tribulations are over, but they have survived so far and I am desperate for the two of them to get a happy ever after.

When I've read The Story of Us Trilogy around a month ago (reviews of these books will be posted soon :) ) I quite enjoyed the story and the characters. So when I got the chance to read what happens with them after their HEA ending, I was all for it. Well, let me tell you, this book just proves that even when you get your happy ending, life still can serve you a curved ball that can destroy everything you love in the blink of an eye.
Ayden and Beth show again their devotion and love for each other. I loved reading about the tender moments between them. The moments that show their feelings for each other. But everything they have together is tested once again. This time, in the form of unexpected enemy. An enemy that you shouldn't expect you have to fight. The danger is lurking around every corner and I have to say that I was glued to the pages until the last word. And the problem is that that only left me craving more. Especially, considering that the book ends with a cliffhanger. I just can't wait to find out what will happen next.
In a few words, the story is captivating and intriguing. The characters are well developed and interesting, and very easy to connect to. Their story is so full with tenderness, romance, heartbreak and danger, that there is no way you won't root for them the whole time. The writing is superb and I have to say that I really love the quotes from the classics that Sydney Jamesson uses quite often. So if you haven't been introduced to her writing yet, I definitely advice you to check out The Story of Us Series. Ayden is definitely one man candy that you have to meet. You will simply fall in love with him :)

This is the fourth in what is an ongoing series surrounding the trials and tribulations of Beth Parker and Ayden Stone. Now married, and working on a family of their own, they are still dealing with leftover drama from their childhoods and not so recent past. Ayden was not born to privilege though he was now a rich man, head of his own corporate empire. Beth came from a modest background but, despite the differences in their circumstances, knew Ayden was her ever after. Ayden is reconnecting with the family he always wondered about and Beth was trying to accept it all with as much grace as possible. On the cusp of their new future, what was in store for this beleaguered couple?
I’m not sure what I expected in this chapter of the series as the author has been throwing twists and turns throughout the courtship of Beth and Ayden. Having issues with the “in laws” is not a new concept though treated here with a level of drama that is expected in this emotional series. Beth clings to Ayden as, despite everything that has happened to them, she still struggles to understand her place in Ayden’s life. Mere months, and a lot of hardship, have taken them to this spot so uncertainty is not unexpected. That uncertainty though is a bit of a detractor at this point as we’re four very long stories into their story and I still am not sure if they are going to make it for the long haul. Anticipating an ending to their journey, I am surprised to find there will be at least two more installments to the series. I wonder what the author will conjure up for Ayden and Beth next.

Ayden's and Beth's epic love story continues in Blue Genes.
Ayden is now aware of what happened to him at birth and of his true parentage. Not an easy thing to digest thirty two years later, not even for the delectable Mr Stone. What unravels is enough to anger anyone but Ayden Stone has his own plan of action.
Beth is her loving and supportive self who stands by her man, no matter what. When doubts creep in as to where she stands with these new revelations, the intensity of Ayden's love for her puts her mind at peace. Then they have their own good news and they couldn't be happier to have this wonderful surprise but, the past has a habit of rearing its ugly head. This adds more complications to the life they had already mapped out for themselves and threatens to shatter their happiness.
Some of the characters from the previous books bring more to the story than can be expected. I can't say that I could warm up to some of the new characters, least of all, Sofia! Jamie, on the other end is a breath of fresh air.
Blue Genes is full of surprises and emotions run high. The love between Ayden and Beth is stronger than ever but will they survive the newest developments? Blue Genes is another compulsive read from Ms Jamesson and I can't wait to see what will transpire in the next instalment.

As you might know, if you read my review on The Story Of Us Trilogy. I was a total mess and needed some time to align my emotions. I still wanted to know more about Ayden and Elizabeth. Luckily, Sydney Jamesson continues their story in Blue Genes and does not disappoint. The Love, Passion, Sexiness, and Suspense is magnified between the couple. I just love that the supporting characters are brought out a little more in this one. I always had my eye on Jake, Ayden's best friend he is a slimy one with the ladies but he has a softer side when it comes to Elizabeth and Ayden's relationship. I also enjoyed reading more about Lester, driver and security extraordinaire to the Stones. Sydney Jamesson introduces new characters in this book ( Ayden's birth family). Let's just say that there is one particular person that you will love to hate, she is just all sorts of wrong.
Ayden and Beth's love and insecurities will be tested and I felt every emotion, that is perfectly written.
I have this feeling that Sydney Jamesson sits behind her computer with this devious smile and thinks to herself, " So how can I leave this reader wanting more ?"
I say that because she is so good at it and now I have to " patiently " wait for Blue Hearts.

I was so glad to see that there were more to be read of the modern day love story of Ayden and Beth Stone. With there lives back on track and planning for there future so starts another chapter in their lives. Ayden sets out to meet his birth mother after Beth uncovers who and where she is in TSFE. The family think Ayden can do so much better than Beth and there are an exchange of words between Ayden's twin sister Sofia and Beth which result in Beth giving her a very public slap!
With new enemies surfacing and new twist and turns the plot starts to take on a new direction. His new French family are well connected in the banking world but are mixed up in money laundering and other illegal activities, his dad wants to go into business with Ayden. Insurgents from the middle East are closing in daily. Beth's guardian angel is still watching over her and helping her. Once again the book ends on a cliff hanger that will have you reaching for the next book instantly.
This is a must read, if you loved the Story of Us Trilogy so far this trilogy will far exceed what you have read previously. Jamesson has upped the ante with the angst, the suspense and the shear brilliance of her story telling. You won't want to put it down!

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review and i am very glad i did! This story is one of those rare treasures, that you simply can never get enough of. For those of us who fell in love with the story of us, Blue Genes will definitely not disappoint. I gave it an easy 5 stars but again i feel there is nothing i could write that would do this beautifully written, emotionally charged story any justice!
Ayden and Beth are back with more twists and turns in their quest for a happy ever after in this modern fairytale. In what should be a happy time for both characters has turned into a nightmare as life has thrown more obstacles that must be over come before they can settle into the happy ever after, these two characters so very much deserve.
Sydney Jamesson once again has provided us with yet another wonderfully written story that will take you on an emotional roller coaster with powerful love scenes and intense erotic scenes and sometimes a bit of both, as these two characters we have to come to love, fight to stay strong for the sake of their family.
If you haven't read this story yet, i seriously suggest you start today!! You are missing out.

I fell in love with Ayden Stone all over again
Sydney Jamesson has done it once again!! She has begun the continuing story of Ayden and Beth Stone with so many twists and turns that I was unable to put this book down.
Tissues are a definite MUST when reading this beautiful novel. A glass of alcohol also wouldn't go astray - it is that consuming you need to calm your mind down from time to time.
Ayden and Beth's life is thrown into turmoil when Ayden decides to meet his long lost family. Things don't go as expected and Beth is left feeling on the outer.
Not only do they have to contend with Ayden's new found family but ghosts from the past also turn up at the most inopportune time.
Decisions need to be made quickly and secretly that will affect the lives of our favourite couple.
Can their loved withstand the pressures from the outside world or will they lose everything that they love??
BRAVO once again Sydney Jamesson!!!
Now to wait patiently for the next installment in this unforgettable series.

Thank you thank you thank you Sydney Jamesson for this book!! Thank you for giving me Ayden's POV!! I am addicted to him and really appreciate the gift.
To be completely honest, this was my favourite book of the series. Having the opportunity to read Ayden's POV gave me a well rounded depiction of their love story. It made it more realistic for me. And considering that Beth's POV was becoming annoying to me, this couldn't have come at a more opportune time.
One of the questions I had was why the insurgents didn't come for Ayden when they went after Dan Rizler, Elise, and Dan's friend. Fortunately this book gave me what I was looking for. And Mrs. Jamesson gave me thorough insight to Ayden's love for Beth and . I got a wonderful birdseye view of what he's willing to do for love. He's just so amazing a character.
I'm anxious to find out what happens next. Please please please don't make him be unfaithful. That would break my heart!!

Provided an advanced copy for an honest opinion....
Love this new chapter of Beth and Ayden!!!! At first it took a little bit of adjusting to the style of writing but by the end of this section it was all very clear what the author was doing and creating by leaving some of the thoughts and conversations open. I did notice some mention of time frame and that seems a little off but overall that did not take away from the new challenges that this couple will be facing for this series. I am excited to for the chance to read more. Only word of warning is that if you haven't read the first three books then this series will probably be a bit confusing since it references a lot of characters and storyline from the first set. This book is almost like book four instead of book one of a new series.

Blue genes is book 1 in the into the blue series but it carries on from the Touchstone (story of us) Trilogy.
If you have read these 3 books (touchstone for play #2, touchstone for giving #2, touchstone forever #3 then your love this book, I've you haven't you should. Your missing out big time lol, no really I highly recommend you do read them first.
OMG I LOVED this book, I couldn't put it down, there is so much I want to tell you about this book but don't want to spoil it for you.
I LOVE Ayden and Beth, they truly love each other and would move heaven and earth to protect each other.

I must admit I had some problems getting into this book but as soon as I was able to, I wanted to see what was going to happen. Ayden and Beth are incredible together. I do love how overprotective and loving Ayden is with Beth. He is only out for her happiness. Despite meeting his real mother, finding he has a twin sister and meeting his dad, he still wants to live his life. He's had to work for everything they've had and he wouldn't change it for the world. I was very happy to see Beth as a strong character who was willing to stick up for herself and let her voice be heard. Sometimes in circumstances like Beth was placed, the women would cave but not Beth, she stood her ground. Minus the twin sister, I really liked the supporting cast.

Another great start to a continuation of Ayden and Beth's story. For those that loved the Fixed Trilogy, this book takes you right back to Beth and Ayden's world and they haven't gotten their happily ever after yet.
Ayden is reunited with his birth family. They are an affluent family in France. They are cold and calculating and his sister is the worst of them. Blood is the only thing they share. There is the MI5 problem from the first series that pops up again and is a big game changer for Ayden and Beth. Beth is pregnant and Ayden will do anything to protect his family. My heart is so full from the love that Ayden has for Beth, especially in Blue Genes. Ayden will do whatever he has to do say whatever he has to say to anyone and everyone that gets in the way of his family. This book was so beautifully written I could not only feel but see the love he has for Beth pouring off of each word of every sentence from every page. It's breathtaking. I have to admit I did cry a little more in this one than in the The Story Of Us trilogy, but worth every tear. After reading Blue Genes I no longer want a love like Johnny and June, I want a REAL LOVE like Ayden and Beth. Of I could have gave more stars I would have filled the sky. In the words of Ayden Stone "BE BOLD" and read this series, Sydney Jamesson does not disappoint!
