At 750-ish pages, the paperback is hard to hold, especially at the beginning and end. 3. It doesn’t even need to be that long, because it’s set in 14-point type with overly wide leading. 4. That contributes to a ridiculous price tag that will keep a huge chunk of its target audience from purchasing. 5. And the only item that’s the fault of the author’s: The recurring Excel charts make for a miserable reading experience.
