Has some interesting insight into Norwegian food traditions, it does have the slightly baffling quality of reading recipes written down by your grandmother some time around 1953. Has several misspellings (not a huge deal but add to the effect) and a number of vague or obscure instructions or ingredients.

A lot of great authentic recipes here. I wish I had known about this book sooner! I only found out about it after reading the author's obituary in my local SLC paper.

Very clear and coherent instructions as how to make traditional dishes. Can’t wait to try out the recipes!
