One of the best marketing books I've read

The author is a gifted 'teacher'- his ability to communicate his knowledge clearly is some of the best I've come across. As a reader I'm also left with an impression that a lot of this content whilst familiar to a marketer like me, is originated by the author himself based on his consulting experience with life sciences companies and his own observations. I especially enjoyed the 'pyramid' at the end and the 10 predictions for how marketing will change in the future/is already changing. I'm sure I will re-read sections of this book again and again.
