Carnage MC: New Jersey #2
Maverick
MAVERICK is Book 2 in the Carnage MC Series. While technically a standalone with an HEA, a lot of the characters and plot will make more sense if read after Book 1 - GRAYSON. Not all questions will be answered in this book as this is an ongoing saga where the club plot continues into the next books.
Kaya
I've spent my whole life learning how to stand on my own. After losing my parents and being abandoned by the family that should have wanted me, I've built my walls high, defending them with ice, sarcasm, and a healthy distrust of everyone around me. My best friends are all I’ve needed for years, until a 6’4 biker rides into town claiming I belong to him. July 6, 2026This is the second installment of the Carnage MC series and it is told with heart, heat and it packs a punch! There are themes of past parent betrayal, found family, criminal activity and violence, attempted physical harm, grief and drama, but it culminates in a sweet and spicy HEA for the two main characters.
Kaya has suffered a difficult childhood and this has impacted her ability to settle into a relationship - which she has been completely against up until a smexy biker enters her life. She has her two best friends and a found family in the members of the Carnage MC, but she has been bucking against settling down with her biker. She is caught up in more club business and the threat of physical harm opens her eyes into agreeing to a relationship that opens the door to her future.
Maverick suffered a terrible childhood and still grieves the loss of his sister and dealing with his sister’s best friend has forced him to leave his MC and take to the road as a nomad for Carnage. When he winds up in New Jersey and meets Kaya, he reluctantly gives in to his feelings for her and soon discovers that life is brighter with the love of his life by his side.
The ongoing story from the first book in the series continues on here and there is more violence and events that happens to the brotherhood and it appears that the mafia plays a bigger part in outcomes now too. Things keep moving and happening to various members of the club but throughout the chaos, all the couples keep their faith and love and our two main characters realise life is better when they are together.

Harlow has done it again!!
Maverick is the second of the Carnage MC-New Jersey series!! Raya and Maverick’s story. Well written and the storyline keeps you reading. I couldn’t put it down and finished in a few hours!! Definitely recommend reading anything this author writes!!

This was a really good second book to the series. We met Maverick the giant nomad in the first book and his thing with
