Katie is so torn up about her last relationship that put her friend Mercy in danger. She worked side by side with Cole for 2 weeks straight and has not said one word to him. She is very attracted to Cole.
Cole invites her out on a date one night after work and Katie refuses. So Cole puts himself into Katie's plans that she has with her friend Mercy .Cole is very attracted to Katie in the beginning but he doesn’t act on his attraction to her yet. Katie tries to explain to Cole that she doesn't want him. Not for his money or lifestyle. Katie doesn't want to get hurt again.
Katie still has a lot to work on herself she had had a lot happen to her before she met Cole . Her confidence is very low due to her previous relationship, where she was cheated on and with her being with Cole he brings out the best in her but she don't realize it yet.
Since Katie met Cole, she’s worried about her inexperience in the bedroom, Katie hasn’t been with many men. But Cole is more than willing and happy to help her out with her inexperience in the bedroom department! Katie is also getting stronger as a woman who is embracing her sexual side. Cole is very much into BDSM at the club and when he is in his own bedroom.
This is the second book in the Free Series. What a perfect way continue the series. This book is about Katie and Cole. Katie is Mercy's friend from the 1st book. This book had me from the start! I could not put it down it took me a good week to read it since I work nights, but on my breaks I had my kindle in my hand reading! The club scenes and the bedroom are my favorite parts in this book they are hot! Very steamy.
There were some twists and turns that you don't see coming, but they go along with the plot of the book. A beautiful book I can't wait to read the 3rd book! I'm on edge and I'm wanting to know what is going to happen next, who is in the 3rd book and what the story line is going to be.
I suggest for you to understand Katie more is for you to read the first book Free to Try. I would recommend this series to all my book friends and family.

This being the second book in the Free Series, it just gets better and better. I thought the heat level in Free To Try was sweltering, well Free To Trust is an inferno! We were introduced to Kate in Free To Try and I wondered if it was going to lead anywhere, and oh yeah it did. So I was happily surprised to find out that this book was about Kate.
The story line for this book is amazing, if you like Hot Alpha Male Dom's, well that completely describes Cole! Kate has had her trust shattered and is trying to put the pieces back together. Cole is your typical playboy/manwhore. Never makes promises or commits to anyone and is never seen in public with any women. He owns a fetish nightclub that caters to the privacy of the rich and famous that have particular tastes. The two end up working together for a couple weeks going over company contracts. This starts the two on their journey. One day date leads to another and Kate becomes the very first woman that Cole ever brings into his home. He takes her to his club and a relationship blossoms, and they both come to realize how strong their feelings are. There are some damn smoking hot scenes in this book so be forwarned. They could cause ereaders to melt!
There is a few really wel; placed twists and a boatload of suspense. The characters are very strong and well told in this story. I could really relate to them and certainly felt like I had a good grasp on who they were. I love it when you get sucked into a story and when you finish the book it feels more like a memory than a book you read. That is how I have felt with both of CW Nightly's books in this series! I am so looking forward to the next book in this series. I am sure it will be just as good if not better!

Free To Trust is the second book in The Free series written by the very talented C.W. Nightly. I am once again so impressed with the ability that Mrs. Nightly has to create such a powerful story. She is able to hook the reader, and not let them go until the very last word. I thought that the first book in this series was going to be hard to beat, but I loved this book just as much as the first one. Cole has joined the ranks as one of my book boyfriends. I am in love with both this book and this author, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great read. And once again this author has left me waiting to see what she comes up with next!

Hot.... I loved the story!!
I was given this book as a gift from the author for my honest review.
In this story we meet Kate Samson and Cole Jameson. Kate don't trust men she had a very bad experience with her ex-fiancee. He was Cheating on her. Cole is a wealthy Lawyer, he is handsome and Hot. Cole is a player a man that don't take No for a answer he gets what he wants. with Kate everything is different.Cole finds him self bringing Kate to his home. She is the first woman he brings into his home. Kate makes him feel protective of her, possesive of her and makes him want to clain her as his. Cole takes Kate to his club and their relationship starts to blossoms. Little by little Cole starts to bring down Kates deffences walls and shows her that she can trust him that he won't hurt her. They both realize they have strong feelings for each other. Cole will protect Kate no matter what. Kate will trust Cole no matter what. This story show you that you can trust again. No matter how your trust was broken there's always someone out there waiting to help you trust again. I really loved the store and will recommend to friends.

I enjoyed this book as much as I did the first book in the series. I read this book in one sitting because the story and the characters held my attention. Although this can be read as a stand alone, I would recommend reading the first book Free to Try before reading Free to Trust. The first book gives some background information that helps understand some of the minor characters and some of the situations referred to in the story. I look forward to reading much more by this author.

I loved the dynamic between Cole and Kate. Oh, and don't forget the hot and steamy scenes. Yummy!
Kate was betrayed by her ex-fiancé and doesn't trust the charming playboys. She is now working on a project with the hot, sexy, and rich lawyer Cole. She thinks he is so far out of her league she endures her fantasies and his presence quietly. But, Cole as noticed quiet Kate.
What will happen when this alpha decides to pursue the meek Kate?

This book rocks!! Love the storyline between Cole and Kate, C.W. has done a great job with this book, it's just as good as book 1. I would like a Cole for myself. Yes I think he would make a great book boyfriend.. I hope book 3 is just as good.

Have you ever read a book and became addicted to it to the point of a major book hangover when you are done? To the point you take your kindle with you while you cook a meal for your family, stay up late just to get a few more pages in, or braid your daughter’s hair while you were still looking over your shoulder just to grab a few more sentences? Well that is how it was for me while reading this book. I was not only addicted to the plot and needing to see what happen next, I found I wanted to be with Cole as much as Kate was. He is certainly one of my top five fictional boyfriends.
Kate left for New York after she was devastated to learn the truth about her fiancé. Vowing to never trust a man again, she found her career, made a good friend in Mercy and tried to keep her mouth shut during the two weeks she worked with corporate attorney Cole Jameson. Burying her sensual side, her desires for passion and love has created a wall of shame for her. She is embarrassed with her feelings and she continued to hide those needs deep within herself.
Cole knew instantly there was a chemistry that he can’t ignore. He was willing and more than able to push those barriers down and make her see she deserved everything in life that she dreamed of. No one would have known that he was just as fearful of being abandoned as he was of committing to a woman. The ladies that he has taken to bed in the past, only wanted him for his money and knew the deal, but Kate, she was repulsed by his fame and fortune. This only made him want her more.
Kate is in for some major surprises while she is with Cole. He is one of the most sensual, passionate men I have read about in a long time. I was so drawn to the way C. W. Nightly presented her plot and characters I had to immediately see what other books she had out. You can guess my happiness when I realized this was book two in a series, so that alone says this can be read as a standalone, but I bought book one before I even finished this one. I am obsessed with her style, the characters and the way they act, talk, love, fight, they are all a total package and her books are like the missing link in today’s literacy world. While there are BDSM themes, suspense, drama and romance, the prize in this book are the connections that are made between the characters and the readers. I can’t recommend this book enough.

I liked Cole’s character immediately, despite the fact that Kate wanted to keep him at arms’ length.
I enjoyed how the story was told from both Cole’s and Kate’s perspective – it was good to get inside both their heads to see what they were thinking.
And the sex was HOT!! Then things got really interesting at Undisclosed Desires – especially on the third floor. The added suspense of the imminent danger they were to face was gripping and added another dimension to the story.
A thoroughly enjoyable sexy read.
