I got this book as a free ARC from soonabook.com and this is my honest review.
This was a very thoughtful and deeply personal book. It talks about healing, faith, and reconnecting with Allah/God. I like that this book is not targeted at any particular faith, nor is it trying to convert anyone to a new faith. The author even stated at the beginning that he is simply sharing his own spiritual journey, and in my opinion, it is the humility in this book that made it so much more relatable and heartfelt. I also liked the idea of "taking what resonates."
Throughout the book, it blends Islamic ideas with psychology, mindfulness, and other practical frameworks. I feel this made the book more logical, instead of relying on faith alone, which a lot of religious books tend to do. I especially enjoyed the parts on gratitude, forgiveness, prayer, and self-awareness because they were things we can all incorporate into our lives.
A 5/5 for me, and I hope others can read it too.

The concepts of Radical Harmonism and the MAHDI framework give the book its own identity and provide readers with practical tools for self-reflection and personal growth. Although the ideas are ambitious, the message remains consistent throughout: healing begins within ourselves and extends outward to humanity as a whole. The later chapters, with their focus on compassion, forgiveness, and collective healing, tied everything together nicely.
