The third entry in the series throws some light on where this world's superheroes come from, while telling a riveting lovers-turned-enemies story. It keeps the violence as graphic as Kelvin Allison's previous two entries, and it managed to mess me up with a sad and bleak ending. Poor Blitzfire!

You already know if my Erica writes it then ima read it and this was a whole new but equally as fun direction from her with a splatter comic! 👏🏼
This had everything! With lovers to enemies in Blitzfire & The Black Duke, the spice (Erica always hits right with the spice), the different characters with their powers & the anguish of being betrayed in the end
I’m not a massive superhero lover but I really did enjoy this! I’m excited for The Black Duke next which is Volume 5!
I’ve not read the previous volumes to compare but if they’re all like this then we’re in for a fun ride!
Also LOVING the cover art for this series 🔥🤎

Another gory and supercharged instalment in the series. Loved it! Can’t wait for the next one!
