In order to secure his future with Ebony’s pack, John must bond with Nathan. He joins the gruff and prickly shifter on a secret outing and learns there’s more to his skunk-haired pack mate than a bad attitude. Nathan’s a skilled tracker.
A misty red trail leads them to the evil red-eyed Deceiver, haunting John’s nightmares since his bonding with Daniela. Deceivers infiltrate shifter packs intent on wiping out this magical species. The red trail leads to a shocking revelation—a deceiver lives among them.
John stands witness to a battle with the pack mate who betrayed them. The fight brings chaos, death and the early emergence of John’s special shifter talent. Can his bond with Ebony and the remaining pack members survive the devastation?
Once again, the heat level of this adult tale and the decision to continue the story with Ebony in the form of a She-Wolf or He-Wolf is left in your hands. Stick with your preferred character or twist things up.
Reader’s Choice offers you the best of both worlds.
John and Ebony are back in the most adventurous and suspenseful installment in this series so far! The sexy reader's choice options continue with plenty of hot action while John delves deeper into the world of shifters, werewolves, and a newly introduced creature that just might ruin their happily ever after. My favorite so far! Left on a cliffhanger so I'm really eager to see what the next book has in store.
This story was intriguing and attention grabbing. While I entered this series with the third book, I didn't have any trouble following the story. I look forward to reading the first books of this collection. A definite must read for anyone.
This book was so much fun. I connected with the characters and story line right away even though I hadn’t read any of the other books in the series. I loved the choose your own adventure aspect of the story. It keep me really engaged.
Great new installment of Kenzie Mack's Moon series, John must bond with Nathan or risk losing the chance to join Ebony's pack, completing his transformation, and securing a future with his mate. If he fails, John will be forced to forget all about Ebony and the supernatural creatures who have become his family. But John can't stand the surly shifter, who seems to mock him at every opportunity. Bonding with Nathan seems like an impossible task and to make matters worse, a Deceiver threatens to destroy the pack from within.
This story displays the richness of the world Ms. Mack has created. While the spotlight is on Nathan, who's been antagonistic to John for the entire series, there are plenty of sexy times to keep romance lovers happy. The reader's choice feature makes a great story even more fun. I am eagerly awaiting the release of the next installment.
