After Aaron's first book I wasn't sure how I felt about them as a coupl. However, this second book really made me appreciate Aaron as he grew and matured into an adult. I like how he stepped up for those who seek to redeem themselves. I love how he saw how easily others gave upon the witches and warlocks.
Yes many tried to help but no one was willing to make the sacrifice it took to really put their all into rehabilitating them. They were dependent on black magic for too long that takes time to repair. Then even more time to make amends in the community to be accept again.
Over all of the books we have watched Aaron development into the man that he is and I believe this book did everything and more for his character. His relationships with everybody came full circle, and I loved it. This was great a great read thank you Tessa. Thank you.
Not going to do much of a review because there was a lot going on in this book and I can't begin to unravel it. Aaron and Mara are nerve-wracking and make you want to slap their heads. But the two finally figured it out and got their HEA.
Calling Crowning Aaron a mere story doesn't do it justice; it is a breathtaking cinematic masterpiece. Tessa Stone’s writing is so incredibly vivid that I didn’t just read the pages—I witnessed them. Every dark twist, every supernatural barrier, and every heartbreaking choice played out in my mind in real time, as if I were standing right there in the shadows. Beyond the stunning, high-stakes visual spectacle, the true heartbeat of this novel is its emotional depth. Watching Aaron’s profound growth—and seeing him ultimately give Mara the entire credit for the man he has become—adds a beautiful, grounded layer to the sweeping fantasy. It is an immersive powerhouse of a book that completely consumes you from the very first chapter. A flawless triumph.
This was a really good read. The whole time I felt like it was a movie. It took me two weeks to finish because people kept calling me 😓 but I was not going to stop until I finished all of this book down to the last page. SPOIL ALERT 🚨 I almost gave up when Aaron went to the witches Glen and left Mara 😓 I hate a sad ending, but long behold he came back for her 👏🏾 I don’t wanna give away too much more of the book, but I also wanna say screw Eric dead beat a$$ and he got what he deserved 🥳 there are so much more I wanna say but don’t wanna spoil for others. Ow ow, and thank you Tessa for bringing back crazy Joe and layla 😜 he did his big one for sure.
From the very beginning of this book, I wondered if Aaron and Mara had worked on their communication skills. So many of their problems could have been handled with honest communication.
I couldn't wait for Crazy Jo to make an appearance. He's the perfect partner in crime for Aaron. I don’t like Mara for Aaron. I realized this during this book.
I still don't understand why Angie is such a bitch. I hope Tessa gives her a little Redeeming Levi/Nia treatment. She doesn't deserve Jacob!
Tessa, please🙏 make Wintermoon a movie. Mara, took me out. I had mixed feelings towards her. By the end, I was loving me some Mara. It felt good to watch Aaron grow from a boy to a man. Angie gonna always be Angie. Loving how kept the sisters involved. Oh yeah, I love Beautiful Layla & Crazy Jo. So ready for the next book.
This story was complex, raw and sexy. Very complicated chat with a multitude of roles and feelings. Outstanding visual storytelling of the raw power of Aaron. Loved it. Live it all
Who knew the little quiet powerful warlock would be so powerful as an Adult. I loved how Mara and Aaron’s relationship progressed and bloomed. I really enjoyed Crazy Jo making an appearance in this book. I love me some Jo.
This book has me in a choke hold. Aaron had me ready to fight him for being so stuck on wanting love from a man who didn't want you didn't choose you. I wad so happy when he finally stood up.to hos mama because Angie be pissing..me off .
This author has done it again I'm never disappointed with my ride through Wintermoon and its occupants. This tied up so nicely I can't wait for The Blackwoods. Kudos to the author well done.
Oh my…. Tessa’s books are always a journey but this one, it just hit different. I loved the highs and lows… let my emotions wave…it was definitely a take me away read. I absolutely loved it! Can’t wait for Book 3!
This was a good coming of age story; although Aaron may seem like the difficult one, Mara is actually the one I didnt care for. Aaron is strong, powerful, and came across as very relatable. I was so happy to see crazy Jo! I love him to pieces.
Tesssssssssaaaaaaa whyyyy girl you had me over her bawling for Aaron and Mara like the character growth is great to watch!!! Love crazy Jo!! I can’t wait for them!
