About the author

Growing up in Happy Valley, (nicknamed for the predominantly Mormon population of Utah County) I spent a lot of time playing in the desert and mountains. I loved hunting, fishing, off-roading, and all sorts of outdoor activities. During High school I got my pilot certificate, thinking that I'd like to be an airline pilot. That is until I decided that I didn't want to be a bus driver in the sky. (No offense meant towards bus drivers.)

When I graduated high school, I served a mission for the LDS church, wherein I spent 2 years preaching the gospel in the Philippines. Upon returning home, I went to college, got a degree from USU in Finance, then went to work full time as a General contractor. I also got married, got my MBA, and started writing part time.

Okay, the first book was good, but this one was better!

In the first book, we met Flint. Here we meet Lydia, his run-a-way wife. My wife loved this story. She loves any book where the main character is a woman, and in this book, we see her side of the story.

It's good enough to keep me interested, interesting enough to want to read the 3rd book to see how it all ends.
