This is a great book that describes the general difference between psychics and mediums, exercises for psychic and mediumship development, lingo and culture of the profession, etc. The author really knows what he's talking about and it shows in the way that he's written the book.

Lots of good information and exercises to try alone or with a group. I own this book so I could take my time with it. (No rush like with the library books).
