I read the first chapter of this book because I confused it with the “other” East of Eden lol. I’m new to e-books and it never occured to me to check the author name before start reading.
Anyway, the book was still interesting and I liked the writing style. Maybe because i’m just starting to read books in english and this one was written on 1920’s it was different for me. It kept me engaged for a full chapter, where all I read was writters gossiping about a writter girl recently married. At the end, I don’t think is my type of book.
Idk know if I should rate it cause is my first “not-finished” book I upload in this app, but since it lets me why not.
