'Love stories are written in places the world cannot see,Bound by fate long before they are meant to be.And when two broken hearts finally meet,Destiny changes everything... In A Heartbeat.'Meghna Sharma knows what it means to love with her whole soul, and lose everything in a single heartbeat.
Once, she had a home filled with laughter, a husband who was her entire world, and a future so beautiful she never thought to question it. Then, in the space between one breath and the next, it was gone.
The dreams shattered. The laughter faded. The silence left behind was so vast, so final, that she stopped expecting the world to ever be kind again. Now, she lives only for the people she still has left.
For Aksh. Her son. Her heartbeat. For the families still trying to survive the same loss.
Love? That chapter of her life was closed, sealed, and buried.
Until him.
Manan Bajaj
Heir to the Bajaj Group of Hotels. A name the industry doesn't compete with, a name it competes for.
Manan Bajaj has everything. Power. Influence. Control. One decision reshapes markets. One signature changes the fate of businesses overnight.
He is unshakable.
Until her.
One accidental moment is all it takes for the ground beneath him to shift. Her eyes meet his, and suddenly she is everywhere in his thoughts.
Then comes Aksh.
Fearless. Stubborn. Impossible not to love Aksh.
A little boy who trusts without hesitation and claims a place inside Manan that has never belonged to anyone before.
Manan doesn't question what he wants. He decides. And he has decided.
Aksh is already his child.
Meghna? She is already home.
When one terrifying moment changes everything, they enter an arranged marriage. A marriage built on one little boy's happiness.
For Meghna, it begins as an arrangement. For Manan, it has never been anything less than love.
Now, living under the same roof, every quiet moment begins to unravel something Meghna thought grief had buried forever.
The way he remembers the smallest things about her. The way he stands beside her without being asked. The way he chooses her and Aksh, over and over again, expecting nothing in return.
Little by little, the woman who guarded herself so fiercely begins to feel something even more dangerous than grief.
Hope. And then… Love.
But the universe has been holding a secret. One capable of changing everything they thought they knew about love, loss, and the reason they found each other in the first place.
When the truth finally surfaces, Meghna and Manan are left questioning whether fate brought them together, or whether some hearts were always destined to beat for each other.
In A Heartbeat is a deeply emotional story about grief, healing, parenthood, marriage, and the kind of love that doesn't announce itself.

When I heard this story, I just knew how special it was going to be. A story that shows how maybe some connections are written by destiny long before we understand why. This wasn’t just about Manan and Meghna falling in love. It was about Meghna learning that loving again doesn’t mean loving her late husband any less. And about Aksh instinctively seeing a father figure in Manan, recognising the love this man has to give, and Manan finding a son he never knew his heart was waiting for. Meghna, a widow, had resigned herself to living alone and raising her son Aksh. But when Manan saw Meghna the first time, it was love at first sight. Then came Aksh. The cutie yearned for a father, and the moment he met Manan, their connection was instant. Aksh had already decided Manan was his Papa, and Manan had started loving and protecting him like his own son. The only person left was to convince Meghna. And from here the fun begins. Their entire journey is so emotional and beautifully written that you just root for them. Meghna is a beautiful soul, but with a stubbornness of a bull. Seriously, so many places I just wanted to shake her and go ‘Duh, can’t you see the Greek God in front of you!’ Always there for others, she prioritises herself the least. Her guilt, her feeling of betrayal towards her late husband is just too much, and is holding her back. But after marrying Manan and seeing how happy Aksh is with him, something slowly begins to change. Her feelings for Manan grow despite herself, and her emotional conflict and dilemma are very sensitively shown. And Manan. OMG. I just knew he was going to be the hottest ML in the entire series. (Abhi has a very strong contender). Patient, protective, loving, powerful, and hunky, he’s my total green flag. The way he accepts Meghna as she is, never demanding her love, never rushing her, giving her the space to come to him on her own, is one of the best things about this story. Koi itna aacha kaise ho sakta hai. He was just there for her and Aksh until they became his entire world. Our pakka businessman is not one to let go of an opportunity. And when he gets the chance to woo his wife, he grabs it with both hands. And how! Their chemistry was slow burn, and their intimacy total dhak dhak. Like I was waiting with bated breath and thinking… Jagat bhai, bas bhi karo… just go for it 😉. But my fav part of the book was, without a doubt, the bond between Manan and Aksh. Their connection, Aksh finding his Papa and Manan loving him with a fierceness that came so naturally was so swoony. I cried the most at Aksh’s yearning for his Papa. Their relationship was the cutest, and I especially loved how Aksh was always Team Manan, but never letting his Maa feel otherwise. This little guy… I love him. And throughout the book, I was waiting for the ball to drop. What would happen when Meghna realises the truth about who Manan is. To be honest, knowing Meghna, I was actually scared she would reject him. And she did. But when the mothers had a heart-to-heart with her, the shield broke and she saw this as a beautiful second chance that destiny had somehow found a way to give her. That’s the beauty of elders. They guide you when you need it the most. And then there was the comedy of errors. Manan went looking for Meghna while Meghna went looking for Manan, and poor Aksh was stuck right in the middle, burdened with everyone’s secrets. I laughed so much during this entire scene. After all the emotional intensity, it was a perfect end. Also, I want to say kudos to the entire family for their matchmaking efforts. Meghna’s parents, her in-laws, Neera, Samar, Rishabh, Nisha, Abhishek, Kanika, Aarav, Sneha, Ryan, and Anandi, were all sneakily plotting and planning to bring these two closer, and we got the cutest and funniest moments. And right in the middle was Aksh, the most darling little cupid. If you love emotional second chance stories with a dash of cuteness and crazy meddling family n friends, this one is a must read.
Sometimes you don't need a huge plot twist or something dramatic to tell a beautiful story. Sometimes, a story is woven around people simply being there for each other.
Having a steady presence in each other's lives. It's in the small moments. The shared laughter. The teasing. The quiet comfort. The feeling that they have found home in each other.
Ever since I read book three, I had been waiting for Manan's book. I was obsessed with him. I absolutely loved him in book three..The protective eldest brother vibes. The one who would fight the whole world to protect the people he loves.
He isn't an alpha male. He is loyal. He is protective. He can be charming, yet absolutely lethal when it comes to his loved ones.
And once he decides someone is his, he will do everything in his power to make them feel loved. It shows in his actions. The moment he met Aksh, he formed a bond that can't be explained in words. It was his quiet determination.
"This boy is mine. I'm going to have his father, and I'm going to give him all the love he deserves." That bond completely melted my heart.
And then there was Meghna. She was stubborn, OH BOY 🫠 She had lived through unimaginable grief. Moving on wasn't easy for her. But Manan never pushed her. He was simply... there. Patiently waiting 🥹🤌 Loving her without expecting anything in return. That patience was one of the most attractive things about him. 🧿🩷 He never forced her to heal or forget. He simply stood beside her until the walls around her heart slowly came down.
Meghna's story hit very close to home because someone I know and love has gone through something similar.
This book beautifully shows that it's okay to move on. It's okay to love two people in one lifetime. And that doesn't make your love for either of them any less real.
I also loved that the author never tried to soften the pain. She didn't hide it behind pretty words. She simply let it exist. It was raw. It was flinching. It was human.
I downloaded this book on the release day itself, but it still took me almost a month to finish it. Not because it was boring. Because I wanted to savor it. Every chapter. Every character. Every scene. God knows how much self-control it took not to devour it in one sitting 😩🤌
With every chapter, I fell even more in love with the found family. Friends who aren't connected by blood but would never think twice before standing beside you. People who would destroy anyone who dares to hurt you. That's the beauty of this series.
And the series name, Intertwined, couldn't be more perfect. It's so beautiful how every couple's life somehow becomes intertwined with the others. Whether it's fate. Destiny. Or pure coincidence.
Their lives keep crossing paths, and their little family keeps growing with love. It's so heartwarming.
But the real star of this book? Aksh.
That tiny little troublemaker completely stole the show. Sometimes he was as wise as an old man. Sometimes he was exactly his age. Curious. Chaotic. Endlessly adorable 😂🥹🩷
He would innocently blurt out the truth and leave his parents completely speechless. The way he questioned everything and wanted answers for everything had me laughing so much. My favorite scenes were when he asked his parents when he was going to get a sibling 💀
Or whenever he innocently called out Meghna when she missed Manan 😂 Or when he wanted his parents to act all lovey-dovey in front of him 🤌😭. He never hesitated.
He would simply scrunch up his little nose and look at them as if asking, "What's wrong with you two?"
As you all know, by now that I am a big big fan of Neha di and to be very honest, I really love all her books that I have reas till now and this one was on top of all of that, so you can understand how good it was. I really loved the storyline. I loved the characters that were Manan Meghna and my cutie patootie Aksh.I went into the book for the romance and for the drama, Second chances and everything, but what I loved, the most in the book was the father-son duo because to be very honest, the duo of them were really very unexpected and very captivating. The bond they shared with each other was very nice. It was written very beautifully like you will find the book very very cute. The book is really very cute to be honest When Manan first met with Megha and Aksh, He was drawn to them instantly, not only to Meghna but to Akshay as well, and that part was really very hearttouching to me Aksh had this wish to have his Papa with him, but he could not because his father was no more and he was not aware of that thing, but when he met Manan at his school camp and the pull the draw he has instantly towards him was very much heartwarming because the way he clinged to him the way he called him papa the way he was attached to him was very beautiful. There were some scenes which really touched my heart that were Manan saving Aksh from falling and saying that I will not let you fall and to be very honest, there were two times when he fulfilled his promise and those two scenes were really very beautiful, Then there were this arrangement of marriage between Meghna and Manan because of Aksh and her dilemma, her insecurities, also she had thoughts that she might be cheating on her dead husband, but to be very honest, she was also very right at her place. and Manan fully supported her. I loved how patient and loving and caring Manan was. There were some scene like car ride scenes in which Meghna and Aksh were sitting at back and Manan also sat at back saying I will make Aksh sleep peacefully and he did and the fury, the side glares that Meghna was shooting at Manan was very, very funny to read. I’ll just loved how Manan poked Meghana because without fun banter, and without that comic relief, there is no fun in the book. Also, the previous characters of the books that were, Rishab Nishi Abhishek, Kanika, and Sameer Neera there since were also there they were also very very important part of the book which really made the book very very interesting and very funny at the same time. I don’t know how much justice my review is doing, but I know this thing very surely that I really loved the book, and if you love single mother, second chances, cupids, father son duo, found family, funny banter, funny side characters. You will really love the book For me It is 5 ⭐️ and I can guarantee if you read this one, it will be five stars for you as well.
After reading every book in the Intertwined series, I was beyond excited to finally pick up In a Heartbeat. It was noticeably longer than the previous books but every single page was worth it. I didn't just read this book, I lived it. I laughed, cried, smiled until my cheeks hurt & completely devoured every chapter.
The story follows Meghna, Manan & little Aksh. Meghna is a widow trying to rebuild a life after losing her husband Manoj. She's caught between honouring the love she once had & confronting the guilt of falling in love again. That emotional conflict was written with such honesty & sensitivity that it felt incredibly real. You don't just understand her pain, you feel it.
And then there's Manan. A man who falls in love with Meghna at first sight yet never rushes her, never demands anything from her. He is patient, compassionate, protective, understanding & endlessly loving. The way he loved Meghna wasn't loud, it was gentle, respectful and unwavering. He became the safe place she never knew she needed.
But my absolute favourite part of this book was Manan &Aksh's bond. Their relationship melted my heart. Every interaction between them was wholesome, comforting and filled with so much warmth that I found myself smiling through my tears. Aksh completely stole the show for me. He's cheerful, charming, innocent & impossible not to adore.
What I loved most about this story is how beautifully it portrays healing. Meghna doesn't magically forget Manoj or stop loving the memories they shared. Instead she learns that healing doesn't mean letting go of the past, it means making space for happiness without feeling guilty. It shows that loving again doesn't erase the love that came before & I think that's one of the most beautiful messages a romance can deliver.
And can we talk about the family& friendships? Seeing the entire Intertwined universe come together again made my heart so happy. Every single one of them added so much life, humour and comfort to the story.
In A Heartbeat is an emotional, heartwarming contemporary romance and final book in Interwined series. It is a beautiful story about healing after unimaginable loss, navigating parenthood, and discovering a second chance at love when you least expect it.
The story follows Meghna, a young widow who has resigned herself to living alone and pouring all her energy into raising her young son, Aksh. Her world completely shifts when they meet Manan, a businessman who is instantly drawn to both Meghna and her son.
Manan is green flag, actually forest, he is patient, fiercely loyal, protective, and never rushes Meghna, giving her all the time and space she needs to heal. I instantly fell in love with him when he supported Meghna and told her that he will never ask for her dead husband's place, he will accept anything she will give him. And it completely stole my heart ❤️
They eventually enter a marriage of convenience for the sake of Aksh, setting off an incredible journey filled with emotional dilemmas, guilt, and slow-burn chemistry.
Meghna battles severe internal guilt, feeling like opening her heart again is somehow cheating on her late husband, while also dealing with the heavy expectations and rigid taboos that society places on a single mother. Meghna’s slow transition from carrying that heavy burden of grief to letting her shield break so she can accept a beautiful second chance at destiny is handled with so much sensitivity.
The father-son dynamic was so heartwarming. Little Aksh, the absolute prankster, brings so much life, cuteness, and pure joy to the pages. And the connection between Neera and Aksh was hilarious 😂 Manan stepping up to love and protect Aksh as his own son is the most beautiful element of the story.
I also enjoyed the dynamic of bringing all the past book characters and seeing them live their life so happily (especially Kanika and Abhishek😭🤌🏼, yes yes I am obsessed). The bantering between all them was amazing.
The story follows Meghna a widow, who is still carrying the weight of her past and the memories of a love she'll never forget and Mannan Heir of Bajaj Group, whose heart has belonged to her from the very first moment they met. What begins as one-sided love slowly grows into a beautiful journey of healing, acceptance, and finding the courage to love again.
When I got to know we are getting mannan and Meghna book, I just knew it was going to become my most favourite in the series. From their first meet Mannan fell first and harder for Meghna. He loved her with so much patience, understanding and unwavering support.
Meghna's journey of moving forward with Mannan and finding love again with him after Manoj's death was beautifully written. Her feelings of betrayal, guilt towards Manoj and constant struggle between holding on to past and embracing future felt so real and understandable.
And then there's Aksh he was the star of the book. Him finding his Papa in Mannan and the bond between them was so adorable and emotional.
Neera, Samar, Nishi, Rishabh, Kanika, Abhishek, Snwha, Arav, Anandi, Ryan and Meghna's parents & in-laws added warmth and support to the story. I really love how they all supported both Meghna and Mannan in their own way.
I can never forget the love between Manoj and Meghna but Mannan definitely made his own place not just in meghna's heart but mine too🥹. This book made me smile, cry, laugh and feel every emotions deeply 💖
Overall, if you enjoy emotional, heartwarming stories filled with grief, healing, second chances, found family, and countless wholesome moments, then this book is absolutely worth reading.
In a heartbeat is a deep , emotional and a wholesome read 🤌🏻🤌🏻🥹🥹 I really enjoyed reading this. This was the last book in the series and it gave a perfect ending to all the couples 🫶🏻🫶🏻.
The plot was really good it was written beautifully. The book is a bit lengthy but it's worth it. I loved every character in the book. Manan really won my heart with all his efforts to win Meghna , and Meghna giving hum tough time 🤭🤭 . I actually loved Meghna's character very much — she was strong , passionate about her work , doesn't bow down to anyone , loves her family to the moon and back especially her son 🫶🏻🫶🏻 . Meghna and Manoj's story was already very emotional for me 🤧🤧 seeing Meghan getting her happily ever after felt sooo good 🥹🥹
Manan — he was the perfect man anyone could ask for and the best father ever. I loved his bond with Aksh that was purely wholesome 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻. How he controlled his feelings for Meghna was sooo cute , heartwarming and equally hilarious 😅😅
The group— the couple trio was the heart of the book the way they helped to unite the couple and gave the book the fun humor element 😅😅 whenever they were together something absolutely hilarious was bound to happen 🤣🤣🤣. Especially Neera this girl was pure patakha 😅😅
Aksh — this little boy single handedly made me laugh and cry so much 😭😭😭 every time he asked for his father from kanha ji I literally felt like crying 😭😭 and his curiousity to know how babies go into tummy was everytime hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣 especially his parent's reaction 😅😅
Overall I loved it and at the last there is some kind of twist I really want to know further 🙂🙂.
declarations to leave a mark. They simply walk into your heart, settle there quietly, and remind you that love often arrives in the softest, most unexpected ways. In A Heartbeat feels like one of those stories.
From the very first glimpse, this book promises so much more than a romance. It explores grief that lingers long after the world has moved on, the impossible weight of letting go, and the courage it takes to open your heart again. Meghna's journey already feels deeply emotional, carrying the pain of losing someone she loved with every part of herself. Then there's Manan, who seems to love not through big speeches, but through unwavering presence, patience, and quiet acts of care. And little Aksh already feels like the heart of this story, bringing warmth to even the saddest moments.
What caught my attention the most is how beautifully this story blends healing, family, second chances, and unconditional love. It doesn't promise a perfect life or an easy romance. Instead, it reminds us that even after unimaginable loss, happiness can find its way back to us in forms we never expected.
If you love books that make your heart ache before putting it back together, stories with emotionally mature characters, slow-burn emotions, found family, and the kind of love that feels safe rather than loud, this is one you'll want on your TBR.
Some books entertain you for a few hours. Others quietly change the way you look at love. I have a feeling In A Heartbeat is going to be one of those unforgettable stories that stays with me long after I turn the final page.
In A Heartbeat is a pure and priceless read. Although it is over 800 pages, the whole book is so addictive and unputdownable and deserves more than 5 stars. The excellent highlights are the emotional quotient of the characters- Aksh’s enthusiastic personality and innocent childlike beliefs, Manan’s kind hearted personality and his easygoing calmness and patience, Meghna’s raw grief and trying hard to adapt to a new marital life, the fun and tricks of Manan’s friends -which makes the book so wholesome to read.
Meghna and her struggles to cope with the new future by adjusting and accepting the circumstances without forgetting the past, her fears of Aksh, her grief and healing journey has been portrayed very well. I admire her strength and her role as a mother.
Manan is definitely the man of dreams whose willingness to give space to Meghna to heal and being there as her strong support truly leaves you spellbound. Moreover, it is his bond with Aksh that truly melts your heart and being there for his adopted son come hail or storm.
Aksh is definitely the hero of the book as his pure innocence , eagerness to do mischief and create dramas and hilarious questions steals the hearts of readers. His belief in Manan truly makes you admire the father-son bond.
Nishi, Rishabh, Samar, Neera and the other friends and family members of Manan give an entertaining touch to the book with their love for fun and humour. Meghna and Manan’s slow burn chemistry and their beautiful time together is wonderful to read.
💖 I am still stuck in the story. I am unable to put my experience into words, as it left me speechless with its beautiful writing and heart-touching plot.
💖 I had a strong feeling that Manan would have an amazing story when I read about him in Neera and Samar's story. But I was not aware that he would outshine in this way. Ufff, he is so damn addictive.
💖 It's love at first sight for me with Manan. His entry was enough to hold me tight until I finished this huge book.
💖 With him, our little Aksh, the prankster, stole the show. He is the life of the story. Because of him, the story came into existence. His love for his father is commendable and adorable.
💖 Meghna gave me a hard time with her rigidness 🤪, but I accepted her only because of Manan 😆.
💖 The plot brings so many emotions, hilarious friends, unconditional love, and love of family. The entire clan in the story is worth praising.
💖 Author Neha is hell-bent on making me cry harder every time. But this time, she overwhelmed me with her characters and plot.
💖 So many secrets were revealed, new characters arrived, and I am already planning new stories in my mind 😬🫢.
💖 Many scenes made me blush and laugh at the same time. The girl gang is a crazy lot. They are unbelievable when it comes to teasing and planning. And their girls' outing, ufff, they are the real devils 😆.
💖 Manan is definitely a green forest, and I am totally sold here.
As I've said repeatedly, I knew this book was gonna make me cry and it absolutely did it's work. But also... it healed me. Reading Meghna's story made me so so happy for her, I just can't express.
These type of romance tropes always make me wonder, “How are you even supposed to move on from your first love without your heart breaking in the process??” And here, in this book, it was explained beautifully. It never asked Meghna to forget, it never made her choose between her past and her future. It simply reminded us that love isn't a replacement, rather it grows beside the love that's already there.
Manan, oh what a man he is! He just stayed beside Meghna through her fear, guilt, hesitation and every wall she built around herself with patience, with love... without ever proving to be better. I really really loved him!
One thing we all can't deny is that Aksh was the heartbeat of this book, honestly. Every time he called Manan “Papa”, my heart melted a little more. Watching their relationship grow from awkward little moments to something so effortless felt incredibly special.
And as someone who's followed this series, seeing everyone together one last time felt like meeting old friends again. The teasing, the chaos, the family moments, it made saying goodbye so so much harder. 😔
Overall, Neha di delivered this story so beautifully, I just didn't want the book to end! But I really really loved the book and can't wait to recommend it to just about everyone!!!
Some books are entertaining, but a few make you feel like you’ve actually lived through every emotion alongside the characters—and In a Heartbeat was that kind of book for me.
I went into this story without expecting to become so emotionally attached, especially since second-chance romance isn't usually my favourite trope. But Meghna and Manan's story completely changed my mind. It was filled with grief, healing, hope, love, and the unexpected ways people can become a family for one another.
Meghna's journey touched me deeply. Her pain, her struggles, and the way she tried to move forward while raising Aksh made me feel so much for her. I just wanted her to find the happiness she deserved. And Manan Bajaj? What a man. 😭 He was kind, patient, protective, and incredibly understanding. He never tried to erase Meghna's past or force her to heal before she was ready. He simply stayed, loved her, and slowly became someone she could rely on.
But what truly stole my heart was the bond between Manan and Aksh. 🥹 Their relationship was so genuine and heartwarming. Manan didn't just fall in love with Meghna—he accepted Aksh with his whole heart. Their scenes together were some of the most emotional parts of the book, and they honestly made me cry.
This book gave me everything: laughter, butterflies, tears, warmth, and so many beautiful emotional moments. I loved watching the characters grow closer, heal, and find something beautiful after experiencing so much pain.
Some books make you smile, some make you cry... and then there are books like In A Heartbeat that stay with you long after you turn the last page. ❤️🩹✨
I was emotionally invested from the very beginning and honestly couldn't put it down. Meghna's journey touched my heart. Watching her struggle with grief, guilt, and the fear of loving again felt so raw and real. Every emotion she experienced was beautifully portrayed, and I found myself rooting for her happiness.
And Manan... what a man! 🥹❤️ He is easily one of my favorite book boyfriends. His patience, maturity, and the way he respected Meghna's past while helping her heal made me fall in love with his character. He never tried to replace her memories he simply created new ones with her, and that made their love story even more beautiful.
Aksh completely stole the show for me. 😭💛 His innocence, little mischiefs, and the bond he shared with Manan added so much warmth to the story. I also loved meeting the previous couples again it felt like coming home.
This book is so much more than a second-chance romance. It's about healing, family, friendship, acceptance, and finding love after loss. It made me laugh, cry, blush, and smile all at once. A perfect ending to the Intertwined series, and one I'll be thinking about for a long time. 🫶📖💕
Meghna’s journey especially stayed with me. She isn't someone who simply “moves on.” She carries her past with her, and watching her slowly allow herself to feel again felt very real. The story also beautifully reminds us that loving someone again doesn't erase the love we had before. Sometimes, moving forward isn't betrayal. Sometimes, it's simply another chance life gives us.honestly, Aksh stole the entire book. His bond with Manan was the sweetest part. The way he instantly claimed him as his Papa, while still loving and protecting his Maa, was absolutely adorable. He brought so much humour and warmth to the story. And then there’s Manan. Patient, protective, caring, and quietly intense. I loved that he never tried to force Meghna into loving him. He simply stayed giving her the time and space she needed. That, to me, was his biggest green flag.
In a Heartbeat is the kind of romance that reminds you that finding love again doesn’t mean forgetting the love that came before.
What makes this story stand out is the emotional depth behind the romance. Meghna’s journey through grief, healing, and eventually opening her heart again feels layered and honest. Manan never feels like a replacement for Manoj, and that distinction makes their relationship so much more meaningful. I especially loved Manan and Aksh’s bond, along with the family dynamics, banter, jealousy, and twists that keep the story engaging.
There is so much warmth in this book, but also a genuine understanding of loss and what it takes to begin again. The story beautifully explores how the heart can hold on to old memories while still making room for something new.
A heartfelt, emotional romance with plenty of family, feelings, and second chances.
I knew I was going cry reading this book and I did. Meghna my sweet girl deserves so much love and affection, I just wanna give her a tight hug. Her emotions spoke to me, and the writing was so beautiful that I could literally feel everything she was going through.
Manan Bajaj, the man you are🤌. He is my favourite book boyfriend in Intertwined Series. This man literally stole the show with his gentle gesture, green flag behaviour, and the calm, respectful, and mature behaviour towards Meghna.
Aksh really brought smile on my face so many times with his cuteness and mischievous, curious questions. I loved his presence in the book and his bond with Manan.
In a book of 800+ pages, I wasn't bored anytime. It was interesting, emotionally well written and with realistic characters.
Absolute A fav😭🤍 I usually don't gravitate toward second-chance romances, but this book completely changed my mind. Meghna's journey of healing after unimaginable loss felt incredibly heartfelt, and Manan was everything I hoped he would be—patient, loyal, protective, and endlessly kind. What touched me the most was the bond between Manan and Aksh. Their moments together were so beautifully written that they brought tears to my eyes.
This story is about so much more than romance. It's about grief, healing, parenthood, and finding love when you least expect it🥹🫶🏻
Remember Meghna from 'It Is Still A Love Story' by Neha Chenani Khanagwal? Well, she's back with another story filled with emotions - grief and happiness. I'm happy that she (Meghna) got her own story and came through that grief.
The STAR of this book is Alsh indeed (my cutie patootie 🥹). There's a huge character development in Meghna. Manan proves to be a green flag and is very respectable towards her boundaries. Whenever necessary, he gives her space.
Overall, the three of them - Meghna, Manan AND Aksh made a complete family, and the time they spent was worth reading.
This is the last book of the intertwined series. The one story that stood out of the rest and got really intertwined with my emotions. I am in love with Aksh, that's for sure. Coming back to Manan and Meghna, their journey was both traumatic and sad, yet, they say the best paintings are the ones which remain incomplete. That's how fate plays with lives. I cannot even express what I feel for these two people who were betrayed by their own people, just because others thought they needed saving. Their fall out in the end was so real, yet painful, Its hard to describe. And most importantly the friend group!! To get to see these characters whom I got so attached to , finally live their happily ever after was a wholesome moment in itself. And I really can't thank the author enough for such an amazing epilogue.
