The Girl in the Atrium is a captivating, entertaining historical romance read. The deliberately paced, deeply engaging storyline, combining mystery, humor, and sweet romance, grabbed me early and kept me hooked until the final page. The beautifully rendered setting immersed me in the world of Gilded Age New York engaging all my senses and adding depth and realism to the story. The characters are compelling and memorable. Protective hero Tucker and independent yet vulnerable heroine Sadie kept me cheering for a happily ever after. I enjoyed the clever incorporation of humorous antics into the midst of dangerous situations. I applaud how the author seamlessly weaves an inspiring, encouraging faith thread throughout the narrative. I totally enjoyed this book and wholeheartedly recommend it.

I received this book as an ARC with no expectations of a positive review. This book is fabulous. It includes historical, romance, suspense, mystery and adventure. Everything you would want to keep you turning pages to see what happens next.
Sadie was giving tickets away for a play based on the book she wrote. As she was giving away the tickets, she was also giving pamphlets with the gospel message. She was being threatened to deliver love notes by her cousin. A satchel was placed at her feet. She did not realize that the satchel was not hers. Join Sadie as she becomes a target as others want the information in that satchel. Those who want the information will stop at nothing to get it.

I really enjoyed this book. It's got suspense, humor, and lots of fun. It pulled me in right from the start. It takes place in the Gilded Age in New York City. The descriptions of the atrium and the other places make you feel as if you are right there. Sadie and Tucker embark on a journey together to find missing plans. And it could be that Sadie's young cousins have used them. You need to read the book to see all they go through. It's a great Christian Historical Romance.

From the start we saw that Tucker had a strong faith and Sadie's was a bit more unsure. She knew God was there but wasn't sure He sought her good. It's Tucker's faith in God that leads them both to growth in their faith walk.
Tucker also learns other important lessons, including the goodness of a faithful woman beside him.
I enjoyed everything about this story.

A fun story that reads like a regency book. Charming characters, including a handsome PI and a sweet bulldog named Maggie. Lots of laughter and action bring about a sweet romance. Sadies faith in God is built as His faithfulness walks her through the bumps and scrapes of individuals wanting to do harm for airo dynamic blue prints. You will laugh but also find yourself holding your breath as you read this fast-paced adventure. A delightful story of faith, love and courage!
