I feel like yelling out BINGO now that I have finally read the missing piece of The Hollywood Series. Of the three books in the series, the story between Grace and Lauren was my favorite. (If only I had been writing reviews back then.)
In this sexy little number we rejoin Grace and Lauren as they get ready for a movie premiere. With Grace performing what is essentially a reverse striptease, Lauren decides to try her hand at directing the scene resulting in a lot of R rated material.

Very unfair first review - this is a 23 page short story - if had been tagged on to the back of Book 2 it (book 2) would still be rated 5*. But as a stand alone, naa! So an annoying little sneeze in a superb series. Takes us nowhere.

This isn’t a long review. It isn’t a long short story.. but OH MY it’s hot. I went to start reading Jae’s new Hollywood Series release Just Physical and imagine my shock to find I had missed one in the series.. quelle horreur.
So I am a series junkie, I admit it. Maybe I will start a group. Of course I had to go back and read book 3 before I could even consider book 4.
Needless to say its excellent. If you have read Damage Control and liked Lauren and Grace then this is a delightful snapshot into them getting ready to go to Nick’s first premier. If you haven’t, first – where have you been? And second, even without the backstory is a hot erotic short you will love.
Jae’s writing is always good. This series is very much in the traditional romance genre compared to her others, and very enjoyable it is too. By the way – if you like fade to grey.. don’t bother.
Now I can get on with Just Physical then… watch this space.

A very short read. This could easily be one scene in the book. Considering I really liked the book seems selfish the rating I’m giving but for a novella itself it was too short and I would expected a little bit more development.

Short erotic tale of Grace and Lauren. Since this was read alongside other books in The Hollywood series i was already familiar with the characters however, i think this story could easily stand alone although the mention of Nick and why it was important for them to attend his event make for an argument to read their main story.

Quick and sweet, lightly spiced, short-story standlaone in The Hollywood Series, probably best enjoyed if you've read book 2 in this series beforehand (which I haven't yet; I got this free in Jae's advent calendar--thanks, Jae!) But Jae has been a strong writer dipping her wlw stories into different genres, and that also seems to be the case here. I'll be picking up the parent book since the leads certainly have chemistry 😃.

This is an erotic short story starring Lauren and Grace from "Damage Control". Unlike how I felt about the novel that precedes this short story, I think "Dress-tease" has a lot of spark. The chemistry between the two characters is great.
What's interesting about this short is that it's straight up erotica whereas the novel it's based upon isn't at all.
I'd recommend this as a stand-alone short erotica story or as a bonus follow up read to "Damage Control".

A very nice, short, and sexy continuation for Jae's other work Damage Control. I would think it might be better if this short story could be included in the other story itself, since apparently the previous one seems to have a rush ending for me, this follow up is one nice missing part to that abrupt conclusion. After all, we readers got a nice sneak peak at their private life beside their first most intimate moment.

This is very short, but it picks up where Damage Control left off, giving us just a little more of the beautiful chemistry between Lauren and Grace. When I read a book by Jae, I know it's a guarantee of a good book and a worth read, and of course this sexy short story wasn’t the exception.
Love this short story by Jae, was good to see Lauren and Grace again, but this time in a relaxed setting and in a very sexy moment, I never thought getting dress could be this sensual. Jae did a great job and I simply love it, it’s a sexy follow up to the second book of the Hollywood series.
I definitely recommend this one.

This short story definitely made me curious about the full-length novel in which these ladies get together. :) Their dynamic was really hot and I liked the writing style, it made it really easy for me to get sucked into the story. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick and sexy sapphic read!

Couple quirks: four months really isn't long and running behind but takes another shower...?
But like I said, short so didn't really effect the story. I knew this wasn't the first to the series but didn't realise that this was an extra about these two characters. Might check out their story. Bet we get more hot scenes there too!

Sassy and Cute!
This scene between Grace and Lauren was sexy, hot and loving. The chemistry is still going strong. But the truth is it is just a scene and I feel there should have been just a little bit more to be rated Book 3 or 4.(Book numbers are off due to adding the prologue in)

Too Damn Short

I absolutely loved the first one and was hoping for more of the same here, but this is so short it might as well be part of the first book's epilogue.
It's still a good read, but it's like a tiny appetizer that just makes you hungry for more.

A little piece of heaven, that is what this short was to me. I completely adore Grace and Lauren, and this hot little snippet into their life after the end of Damage Control was pure bliss.
