Secret Agent Horton Blokonovius has arrived in New York City to complete a top-secret mission. He does not know what the mission is. He does not know much of anything, in fact, and he will tell you so himself — at length, in a series of increasingly unhinged letters to a Canadian intelligence agency that may or may not still be reading them.

Watching over him is Fatmir, his landlord, who has been dead for years and isn't entirely sure why he's still here. Across the hall is Vanessa, a Martian shapeshifter. Finally, there's Vanessa's dog, Robodog: a hyper-intelligent cyborg Border Collie who smuggles narcotics for the French Cartel.

Across sixty-five chapters, and some of the least reliable narrators in the history of literature, Arcadian Cornucopia follows a bumbling spy, a ghost, an alien, and a philosophical dog through a New York City built entirely out of fatal, hilarious, and sometimes even heartwarming misunderstandings.
