Good advice but I needed to see diagrams of the exercise positions
The advice on breathing and meditation in terms of reflux is brilliant. I've been playing with that idea myself but will apply some daily discipline to it now. Aside from wanting g diagrams, I would have liked just a bit more specific info. Still, it's worth the nominal amount charged.

This book gives you the basics then tells you what to do. It was quick read and got to the point quickly and thoroughly. The yoga poses were well explained. The challenge for me will be actually doing it.
