I RECIEVED AN ADVANCED READER COPY OF THIS BOOK FROM THE AUTHOR
the book itself is much cozier than the cover led me to believe. it was a soft, simple coming of age story that felt like a peek into the lives of evangeline, verity, and dina. i would’ve liked a broader world in which these characters exist, including a deeper look into the magical aspect of two characters. the witch element felt like a side character while the romance was the main character. the whole book is building up to a polyamorous relationship between the three main characters which is unfortunately also a selling point for the book so the reader already knows the ending before opening the first page.
