Absolutely love this 5 star read. The OMG moments were awesome.I swear Dame is more evil than his brother. Everyone is trying to stay alive at all cause and keep there family safe but this crazy man is off the chain. The drama, deceit, love and safety to put you on the edge of your seat. Thanks for an excellent read.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars)

This series has me in a chokehold.

Hood Misfits is not just street fiction — it’s layered, dark, emotional, and deeply intentional. The world-building is INSANE. Every book pulls you deeper, and by this one, the story isn’t just about survival anymore — it’s about legacy, rage, protection, and choice.

The multiple POVs can feel heavy at times, especially on audio, but they also add depth. You’re not just watching things happen — you’re inside the characters’ heads, their trauma, their anger, their love, and their fear. The characters feel real, flawed, and complicated. Nobody is purely good or evil, and that’s what makes it hit so hard.

What really stood out to me was how this book handled generational trauma and motherhood. There were moments that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. It was uncomfortable, heartbreaking, and powerful all at once. This story doesn’t sugarcoat anything — it makes you sit with it.

The epilogue doesn’t wrap things up neatly, but that honestly fits the series. It’s very clear there’s more coming, and I’m fully locked in for whatever happens next.

If you like gritty stories with strong characters, emotional weight, and a universe that keeps expanding, this series is absolutely worth your time. I can’t believe more people aren’t talking about it — but they should be.

Misfits

As much as I enjoy both authors this was a bit of a stretch for me to read. I give 3 1/2 stars. It just took so much to get in and follow. The storyline was sorta all over the place but felt like missing pieces which made me have to keep rereading something over more than once.

I liked this installment a lot and appreciated that they didn't have as much rape and other factions as they have in the previous books, but it's still in there regardless. I liked the additional story of these new characters because I was confused about who they were at first. Good read.

Enzo & Angel just wanted to live normal lives after Dame Orlando’s death. Little did they know that hell on earth would still exist. Hood Misfits V3 was a good read. On to V4 for the conclusion!!
