Brain Plasticity: Enhance Brain Strength and Plasticity by Mastering the Art of Neuroplasticity

Rate this book
Have you discovered the power of neuroplasticity? It is the science behind learning how to grow the connections in between your brain’s neurons.

Also known as “brain plasticity”, this exciting new field of research is taking hold in the world of neuroscience.

Throughout history, people have believed that the human brain simply grows to a point, and then starts to decline into old age.

What if you did not have to lose your memory as you aged?

How about if you could maintain your mental sharpness, and even continue to improve it throughout your entire life?

Do you ever wonder just why children are so good at learning new things, like second languages? Adults can take back that power too, through the special process of neuroplasticity.

Using the information and techniques detailed in this book, you can increase the power of your brain.

I received a free copy in exchange for a review

1/2 star. Not only is this book full of grammar errors (FULL!) such as "clear all conscious thoughts from your mine," it is also lacking in much of the way of substance. This is a very superficial and poorly written book on the subject. It is repetitive, the flow is bizarre at times (talking about laughing in the middle of dietary recommendations), some topics are not clearly explained (n-backs) and the pictures often only seem to slightly relate to the topic.

I cannot recommend.
