Somebody I UsedTo Know

This was the most enjoyable book I’ve read in a long time! I dreaded having to put my kindle down for the evening…this book had me hooked from the moment I started reading it. I liked the characters, all of the twists, turns, shocking surprises & trying to figure out who had done what!
Wow! I was sad when I finished this book…I wanted it to continue!

I can’t wait for the next Mark Hurst book!

Wow, this book is brilliant! It has a lot of twist, suspense and surprises that I love in a thriller. The story is about a family that seem to have a solid foundation but it all begins to crumble when deception creeps in. Along with the lies and secrets you get adultery, imbezzelment, and murder.
So many twist and turns that lead to a shocking ending.
This is my first book by Mark Hurst. I am a big fan of his son Daniel Hurst and have read many of his books. I will be reading more of Mark Hurst books and I will recommend him to my fellow thriller readers.

Well another book like father like son. This was a really good read. It didn't take me long to finish it.Most of the time, it's less than twenty four hours. This one kept me on my toes.

What a brilliant book from this author and I have read most of them, it was fast paced, intense and written extremely well.

I was involved in the storyline from the very first page and soon got to know all the characters, some likeable some not as much.

Everything was so well explained and what an ending! everything was brought to a satisfactory conclusion, just fantastic.

I look forward to reading more from Mark Hurst and I have no hesitation in recommending this great book you will not be disappointed.

Good twist. No forced plot twists, no fake suspense, and no unnecessary descriptions.
