Stepbrother Returns
Despite growing up together in a mansion, billionaire steps Madeline and Jack were typical in that they teased each other mercilessly. Well, maybe Madeline was on the receiving end a bit more often, being the younger of the two. But when Jack went away to school, it all stopped.
But now Jack is back, and my how the years have changed him. Browned by the sun, with blond hair, bulging muscles and new tattoos, Madeline can't deny how absolutely gorgeous her alpha stepbrother has become. The only question why has he returned?
She’s soon to find out. He came back for her.

Ugh! How exhausting it is sometimes to find a short story that is well written and with a semblance of a plotiline. Not much just the basics.
Sadly though, the stepsiblings-in-love plot has been overused the past few months resulting to more and more poorly written books with awful characters and simplistic, incoherent arcs.

Stepbrother Returns, is a fine example of how bad things are. This little story, is so dreadful i have no words to describe it the way i should. Not even sexy, highly disjointed and absolutely naive, it succeeds only on getting on my nerves.

We have a stupid, doormat for a heroine, a grabby, creepy, assholish hero, no built up and bad sex. Total destruction.
