Pleasantly surprised

I expected to see basic and bland recipes, and I've been trying to find recipes for low fodmap chicken enchiladas for ages, with no luck until reading this book, and there are some lovely snack recipes to try along with new meal ideas that I'm excited to test out :) I also learned that I can eat some foods I thought I couldn't, happy days!

I have IBS/endometriosis _ found this helpful and I can't wait to try out all of the recipes especially the banana chips

Great book for those that have suffered from IBS and tried all the usual routes for relief. Lots of great low-FODMAP recipes to try out; excellent for those that have had to really restrict their diets in the past and would like some further variety in their meals.

Excellent relief!

There is a good deal of material in this book, meal plans and recipes, all of which are very easy with obtainable ingredients. I know my life will be much healthier.
