Well well well… all I can say is this was epic on so many levels.
The characters were relatable, easy to love and had some serious depth, banter and sass. Side characters also were unforgettable and played their part perfectly. Every element shaped around the other elements in perfect harmony.
The plot of the book was just the right amount of lore spaced out beautiful through the book and sung to my heart. It carried clever plot twists and what I think are going to be little dangled nuggets for the rest of the series if my spidey senses are tingling right… but I will not be spoiling them so go read it yourself.
The spicy scenes between these two made me want to grab a chair, some popcorn and settle in for the show.
Absolutely outstanding first book of a series and I’m on the edge of my seat waiting for book 2 and I can see the old powers brewing up a storm and I wanna be there to ride it out with Dean and Eden.

I absolutely loved it this book!
The characters are well written and I love a dual POV read.
What I loved most was the setting, it’s recognisably our world, but with the added twist of supernatural beings, mythology, magic and a eery demonic side 👀 It made everything feel so familiar yet dowsed with a creepy vibe (as a all things spooky lover it was hard to put down!)
The fact that the story is set not too far from where I live made it even more relatable and honestly added such a fun element to the whole reading experience.
And the spice… SO well written. I was absolutely here for it!

This book was Amazing! I love it so much. The characters were well written and I adored them. The setting was really interesting, its our world but with supernatural beings and hunters. I enjoyed the fact the location isn't to far from where I live, made it very relatable to me. The spice in this book was written so well and it was HOT! The story line had me hooked, I had so many theories and thoughts. I need book 2! I would highly recommend this book and cannot wait to order a physical copy!
