I love rats. Every time I see a middle-grade book with a rat as the main character, I snap it up. Lately, I have been disappointed. Not that the book was bad. They were all good; they just didn't hit the spot for me. Twix absolutely did. This book has everything. Adventure, danger, friendship, family, and a mystery at its heart.
